This place never disappoint!! The food is A1 and always fresh!!
I moved from Louisiana, where the catfish is always good and the greens are, too! It’s been almost a year since I’ve lived here, and I just found my favorite spot in Lubbock. I’ve never had greens so good, and everything else was just as perfect! Having Louisiana Hot Sauce on hand is a huge plus, too. I cannot say enough good about this wonderful place!! Thank you all so much for a taste of home.

Really good. First time eating. Batter was crispy and spicy but the fish was nice and fluffy inside. A little spicy but still good. Even the Cole slaw was good although I don’t really eat it. Could’ve given a little bit more coleslaw though. Coke was really good too. Will definitely be back.
We were told about this place by some friends. So we all popped in on Saturday night at 6. We ordered and all of us had the 3 piece catfish filet meal. A couple of us had tater tots and a couple had fries. The food was out in a reasonable time frame. She brought us some greens to try and some sweet potatoes as well. The filets were much larger than anywhere else. Had we know we might have all ordered the 2 piece. This is some of the best catfish I have ever eaten. Friendly staff and great food is what you can expect. We will be back.
My family and I just left here hands down best catfish in lubbock for sure, was raised here can’t believe been missing out on this place. . Catfish, okra, french fries, lemon pepper chicken wings, (Yams) sweet potato's, Fried biscuits with honey, chicken strips for kids was all the food we ate, all delicious…absolutely no complaints about the food. If you never ate here its a must try.
