Waited for 15 minutes at the drive through window and the mushrooms weren't even fried all the way.
Good food although $7 is a bit much for a dessert in a jar. As I was writing this review they gave me a free dessert jar - unprompted. All staff are pleasant. All shakes are 16oz but all advertising looks to be using 32oz cups
I love Slim Chickens but this location just can’t get its stuff together. Constantly getting my order wrong and last time one of the orders chicken was pink inside. I’ll just have to go to the one on 98th.
This is ridiculous getting burnt toast and dried chicken overcookcooked chicken how dare you guys ???
Good food but super slow. Don't go on your lunch or you will run out of time.
Typically I use the drive thru service however, this time we decided to dine in. All of the booths were dirty used napkins on the ground and the restrooms were no better. I can understand if it was busy but there were 2 tables occupied in the entire place. When our food was brought in ver to our table the guy threw our orders down and walked away.At one time they had a store manager and the service was always great. It is apparent he is no longer at this location.
Dined in tonight & the food was good but the service was iffy. They brought our food out before we even had a chance to sit down. They had explicit rap playing loud enoigh to hear from the far corner of the building. Then caught a couple of the employees hitting vape pens that looked to be of the THC variety in plain view like they didn't care who saw. Don't know where the adults in the room were tonight but there needs to be atleast one responsible person in the back to keep everybody in check. Disappointed cause I like that place but don't know if I'll go back to that particular store or not.
The Staff here is amazing, and Will go above an beyond. The Manager came out and checked on us often. made sure Our meal was what we ordered and joked around with us. In a time of uncertainty, few employees. The staff that was there made sure we had the best customer service. Thank you.
Food is always good but service is usually slow. The drive thru especially. The last few times I’ve come I swear the kid working the drive thru is high. I have to repeat my order 4 or 5 times (when all I order is a kids meal). Other than slow service food is usually good and a kids meal is the perfect size for a great price.
My favorite is the fried mushrooms ❤ ..Always friendly customer service. We received our food in a timely manner....Always my go to for quick good dinner
