Thisl ocarion was awful! Me and my wife was in the drive thru and one of the cashier lied to us about the drink.. saying that they didnt have it and on The menu it said that it did.. very bad customer service and also didnt get our order right... will never go to slim chicken again because of this situation..
Well my friend is allergic to pecans and there was some in her salad. She ordered something that does not have pecans obviously. We had to end our lunch early to get her some benadryl. She was very sad. That had never happened before.
I love slims chicken. I get the slims meal and get my tenders tossed in the cayenne dry rub. So amazing. Also, the cayenne ranch sauce is literally the best ever.
I waited a long time for my food!! As long as I waited the food should have been fresh and it hot! The fries were cold, well the sprinkle of fries I got were cold. Although my chicken sandwich was good it too was not that warm! Idk if y’all made the food and forgot it was sitting out or what
Ordered food asked for large milk shake was told they only make 1 size,but online it shows that you can get a large milk shake. Guy @ window just shut it as I was talking. Not acceptable regardless how busy you are. Always take care of your guest.

Was my first time here when a few of us stopped in here after dropping elementary kids off to the Texas Tech basketball game. I had a grilled chicken salad which I had loved. Good food.

Making this review while I’m currently laying in bed after vomiting for the last 6 hours. Ate there after 5:00 pm Friday afternoon. Right now I’m having the worst food poisoning of my life because of an incompetent employee either didn’t wash their hands or didn’t cook a chicken right. If I’m in the the hospital tomorrow because of this I’ll make sure the district manager knows of this. Get it right 19th street cause someone CAN DIE from food poisoning
