The food was good, but the drink dispenser was out of most all soft drinks.
They're doing well after an extended closure. The drive through line was really long when I went. It didn't move as fast as before, but my order was accurate and the food quality was good.The building facade is getting a refresh so the shop looks closed - don't let that dissuade!
I was excited to go back to this Schlotzsky's after its extended closure. Through the Drive Thru, I ordered a Medium Angus Beef and Cheese, no mayo, no tomatoes, no onions. I checked the receipt that we were handed, and the one in the bag...order was correct on both. I should have checked the sandwiches in the wrappers. When arrived home to eat my sandwich, it not only had tomatoes and onions, but it was slathered in mayonnaise. Almost a spiteful amount. There was no saving it. Into the garbage it went. If you're going to charge almost $10 for just a sandwich...you should make it correctly.
We’ve been eating at a Schlozky’s in northern Colorado for years but today’s experience in Lubbock was disappointing. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, the bread was awesome, as usual, but you couldn’t choose what type. This is probably a casualty of COVID-19. There was a lot of meat but unfortunately it was so salty neither of us could finish our sandwiches. Beware, a combo costs more that purchasing items individually. We found this out after we had paid and they were unwilling to refund the difference.
The sandwiches and pizzas are delicious, and the staff are very friendly and great service, they are very pricey, but the food and service are great
After closing for awhile this is still the best soups and sandwiches in town.
Last week I stopped on the newly reopened Schlotzsky's on 82nd and got my favorite sandwich a fresh veggie. I also got a senior citizen discount. Today I stopped and ordered my favorite again. When I asked for my discount the young dark haired young lady told me they do not give them. I politely told her I got one last week. She told me no again. Called the one on 19th. They give them.
Our thoughts and prayers are with our favorite. Schlotzky’s employees and their families!!
I love schlotskys. It's a little pricie but it's so good. And the large sandwiches are so big. I love eating there
Love their food. It's worth the drive from north lubbock to south west. There is one closer but they dont have drive thru.
