Took my family there a few weeks ago. Absolutely loved it! I can't get Schlotsky's where I live so I love being able to grab it when I can. Always hot and fresh! Some locations in Lubbock have been rough but this one was spot on.

It was good food and awesome chocolate chip cookies! Very pleasant employees!

Cashier was talking too fast. i thought i talked fast but it was hard to keep up. My aunt ordered after me even had to ask her to repeat what she said several times. Clean place but when i asked the cashier to change something because $28 for one meal was expensive for me she walked off like it was a burden and told them in the back. Not once was she nice and just looked like she hated her job. After she took my aunt's order she walked off and sat down to eat along with some other employees McDonald's food. A guy that had just come in from throwing trash brought us our order. My soup was in my aunt's bag and i had no soup. Brought her the soup and soup w/crackers but no spoon or crackers for me. In the end all was taken care of by the guy that wasnt even around when we placed our order but so courteous enough to give us what we needed and apologized. I've worked several types of jobs and i always gave it my all. Food was great, but I don't think I will be back. Overall Too expensive and lacking good customer service.

Instead of the usual sandwich today, we both got a calzone. They were HUGE, and very good. Easily enough for two meals. Will certainly be back for this treat again. Sorry, we didn't get photos.

The sandwich Gods said “I shall produce a sandwich palace and call it Schlotzsky’s” if you hand curated perfection by sandwich artists then this is your place! Our order was hand crafted to perfection. The bread is so unique and delicious it cannot be duplicated. Schlotzskys should be on everyone’s bucket list. Don’t eat meat? They have you covered!!

The turkey bacon sandwich is everything. I get the large so I can enjoy it for more then one meal.

i called in my order as i was driving up 19th towards scholtzsky's. Walk in pay for my order, on the phone i was told it would take 5 mins and my meal would be ready. after paying i sit at the table watching them take orders out to Customers that came in and paid after me to sit down and eat inside. Finally after sitting 15 min inside waiting my meal comes out, so i call the Manager and explain to her what happened she automatically started lying. Oh they called their orders in, while the whole time i was sitting there watching and hearing them place their orders. If the Manager will lie to you it's a no go all the way around

Cashier extremely polite. Cinnabon old and hard as a rock. Asked for honey mustard dressing and got a container of dejion mustard. Very tasty but not good on salad... Sandwich great..

Great food, quick service, clean dining room. We have been here before and they are still as good as ever.

My first time coming to a Schlitzsky's. I'm not impressed. The sandwich has no taste even with the chipotle mayo it had. The roast beef was like shaved rubber that was boiled. The chips were stale fresh out of the bag and the soda was flat. I did try the chicken noodle soup and I can say it is fresh out of a can and compared to the rest of the meal it was the highlight. The crew was well mannered but what can you do when your working with stuff like this.I will not be coming back to Schlitzsky's.
