If you are familiar with Rosa's, this is one of them. Good food, clean store, and nice proximity to work.

Man, Rosa's is always good. Yeah it's Tex-Mex but that's all they try to be and all they claim to be. The line is always fast outside or inside and the staff is usually from just above par to awesome and the food is great. Restaurant is always clean, salsa bar is always full, prices are fair, and there's just nothing to really complain about.
Great meal. Great selection. Went in not too close to closing but we felt rushed to eat since they were closing.

I live in Arlington. Came here to visit my mom. We made it for breakfast. Teresa took our order. My kids usually get the bean burrito kids meals with rice but I figured the rice wasn’t out yet. I came back later to see if it was ready but wasn’t yet(it was still before 1030) I was okay told my kids they will survive but a little later she brought out a side of rice to us so nice ? made my sons day. Really good for quick inexpensive Mexican food. Love the homemade tortillas. My kids love getting to watch the employees make them. Fresh hot tortilla with honey?. The best!!!
I ordered dinner plates such as Enchilada plates, Taco plates, Fajita plates, Nachos and combination plates. Food's tastes wasn't bad. But foods are totally different from the photos on menu. Stuffing portions were just a half I think. Enchiladas were half fool and half empty. Tacos were also made poor. I regret to order foods from Rosa's Cafe for my family. I will not order here any more.
I am never disappointed with the fast, friendly service or the hot, fresh food. Rosa's is always a favorite go-to! It doesn't matter what you order from the menu, everything is so good!
