Love Rosa's but Was surprised today whenever I got a chicken & a beef fajita & that was all that was in the tortilla. Was expecting sataueed onion & green pepper ?? Will still go back there cause I love their food.
Went drive thru last night. I ordered the family fajita combo. Got home and had very few fajita meat. I called just to mention it to the Rosa’s team. The girl that answered said sorry in a rude way and hung up. I called a second time thinking maybe she accidentally hung up but they never answered. I called a third time and I heard a girl say it’s the same number as she laughed and she put the phone aside and never talked to me. She put the phone aside with me on the phone. She could have just heard my complaint and worked on preventing the same problem but decided to play games instead. So now I have left a message with Rosa’s Corporate office. Very Poor Customer Service when you’re not able to speak with the manager on shift due to employees that do not care about the company that pays them to represent good customer service.
This is not a cafe. This is fast food Mexican. I was passing through town and wanted some good Mexican food. Unfortunately, I chose Rosa's Cafe. The building is beautiful, the decor inside is beautiful, the employees were super helpful and kind, and it is conveniently located right off the freeway, but the food was terrible. I ordered the tamale plate. By my pictures I'm posting you probably can't tell there are even tamales on the plate because they put so much heavy sauce on them. There are three tiny tamales that probably equal the size of one normal tamale. I couldn't even taste the tamales because the sauce was so heavy and so strong. Tamales don't need sauce. They are amazing if they are just served plain in their corn husk wrappers. They give tortillas with every meal but I did not care for their homemade tortillas. They were very chewy and gummy. I also sat at a booth that appeared to be "clean" but the table was very sticky all over and the booth seat on the other side had refried beans or something smeared across the back and a piece of napkin stuck on it. This made me look closer at things and it appears the whole place needs a deep cleaning. Their building also has very high ceilings and there was a large family with lots of small kids and their little voices were just echoing so loud throughout the entire restaurant. Family noises and restaurant noises never really bother me. Noise can even add to the experience sometimes if you go to a very popular, crowded little place. But this was different altogether and very unpleasant. I was expecting a good experience because this place has 4.3 stars on google. I was very disappointed. Some good news, the bathroom had just been cleaned and mopped when I used it.
My 1st time coming to Rosa's the food is good the tortillas were warm & so soft. I can't complain about the food. The only thing was I felt rushed when ordering. Especially when it was my 1st time coming in. I will definitely return just making sure I look up the menu before going
We love Rosas food, but the attitude and service given to us today, 5/13/22 at the location on Milwaukee, was terrible. Rude, messed up our order (asked for guacamole on one of our items but it wasn’t there). Asked the servers/cook for the guacamole and they got mad and said it’s on there, It’s under the lettuce because I made it myself. Several other orders came after ours, how could you remember with all the other orders made? This is happening at a lot of restaurants. Orders being done incorrectly, service is terrible. Do people not take pride in what they do anymore?
It was good. fast friendly service. The food was hot and delicious. The price for a family of 4 was great. If you had to eat and wanted something fast yet fulfilling, you have to go by.
Lady while I was ordering through drive threw was rude then with my tacos I get this? Not even enough hot sauce for 1 taco. Smh they need better customer service
Not one to write reviews. But after trying this Rosas location (Milwaukee) multiple times and then comparing to other locations it’s truly unacceptable. Food is fast but prices are high and quality is garbage. Every time. Order a burrito and you will get a tortilla with a smudge of other ingredients. Ordered a burrito with cheese this morning. Didn’t get any cheese (or much of anything else). Asked if I could get the cheese I ordered. They took my to go order back for a minute or two and gave me back exactly what I sent back bc they didn’t feel like putting cheese on it. I would understand if they were busy but it was 7am I was the only one there. Don’t know why this location is so much worst then the others.
This has been the Rosa's we have been to the most in Lubbock. Food is freshly made, quickly made, and there is a lot of seating. Drive-thru (when not on Tuesday) gets the taco, fajita, or nacho family platters out scary fast!
Prices have soared since my last visit. At $18.00 for two beef burritos, might as well order the meal. Not too happy with the prices, but food is good.
