My husband and granddaughter took me here for my birthday I had heard so much great stuff and was eager to try the food. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY. They don't have a very good kids food selection to start with, secondly they completely messed up on my husband's SIMPLE burger order (KETCHUP ONLY not hard , very simple and certainly not rocket science) but instead of only ketchup it had everything and my burger well fresh ripe avocados (not rotten, brownish/black) without a foul taste or smell and fresh tomatoes (not rotten and certainly not a vomiting taste) WOULD HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY NICE AND WELL APPRECIATED. The attitude from the staff simply for asking them to correctly make my husband's burger was unbelievably insane and let's not even add the fumed response to me sending back my food (after I did vomit from taking a bite) and pointing out the obvious rotten vegetables. To put it nicely if I was a health inspector that place would have been made to shut it's doors immediately and remain so until they could comply with health rules and regulations and pass another inspection no violations. They lack professionalism, common sense or common curtosey, extremely rude and ill-mannered, have no sense of responsibility or work ethics with extreme anger issues and very poorly managed. IT'S EXTREMELY OVERRATED AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Let's not forget the women's bathroom at least smelled worse than a porter potty, hygiene essentials shortly supplied and cleanliness disgusting.
We had a great time. We went around 12pm on a Friday and it wasn't too busy at all. We were seated right away, drinks ordered right away. They mixed up the sweet and unsweet tea but before we even said anything they noticed and brought us sweet tea on their own. My wife wanted cheese fries and they were kind enough to make us some even though off menu item. The manager I think was who took care of us, and she was absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back. Food was great. Oh and side note, restrooms were very clean. This concludes my thesis ?
WAAAAY over priced for burgers and fries. My burger was so poorly put together, I literally had to cut it with a knife a fork to eat it. Same with my husband's! 2 burgers, 2 fries & 2 sodas was $50.00 after a tip! I will never be back!UPDATE: as Red Robin requested, I emailed them; and I have yet to receive a reply. You'd think they don't want my business. Maybe they forgot Google is Worldwide?!?! I would have for this review to go viral...
Scorpion burger is tasty good. Service was friendly and fast. Great. I'll go back if I'm not paying the tab. Place is not cheap
It was fine. My drink seemed a bit watered down. Service was good. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and I think the prices are high across the board.
I paid $35 including a 20% tip for a takeout order. Wings and sweet potato fries. Wings were puny and they gave me blue cheese crumbles instead of blue cheese wing sauce, which makes no sense whatsoever.
Went here for dinner with Son in law. I loved it. I had the double burger and it was huge lol. We were all happy with our food and service.
The food was very good and my service was excellent. The only complaint I had was something that was out of their control. I really wanted a bowl of Clam Chowder, but they were out. Other that that, a perfect lunch!
Visit started with a hostess that reaked of cheap dirt weed. Obviously she had some on her and had also used some. Food was cold and Im not sure if they used seasoning or not. The waiter was the only good part of the experience as be seemed to be the only employee doing more than walking through the motions in doing their job. This restaurant went from one of my kids most requested to a place where none of us could finish our food and the benefit of the payment option at our table was a perk because it meant we could just pay and get the f out of the building.
Took my 2 year old son, almost 3. Had a great time. He kept complimenting how good the mozzarella sticks were with each bite. I really enjoyed my burger with the pineapple slice. The young man waiting our table was very professional and confident. The hostesses were very warm and welcoming. My son had fun playing around with one of them as she passed by every now and then. Great experience. Thank you!
