We arrived with a big party and expected to wait at least 30 min but, they got us in withing 3! The server was super sweet and attentive, stayed on top of our wants and needs. The food was great arrived on timely matter and warm, and the clam chowder is truly New England style! The whole place was clean and the baby changing station even had liners (which is rare to find). Definetly a place you want to try!
First time visiting Red Lobster. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come over and attend to us and seat us. The best part of the experience was the famed cheddar biscuits. The entrees are grossly over priced and sadly lacked flavor. The thing you call "tarter sauce" was just coleslaw mix. The silverware had heavy water stains. Spent $57 dollars are a lackluster, flavorless expensive meal. I want my money back.
We went to Red Lobster..last night....I had a gift card.Went about 7.Soup came out after entree...as we were told after ordering it was being made....A baked potato was brought several minutes after entree of grilled shrimp....as they weren't ready.Rice under grilled shrimp was cold.Salad was good as were biscuits.Next time will ignore gift card and never return.
We drove 100 miles and looked forward to our visit. We saw no evidence of any covid precautions. First, we saw a dirty lobster tank. Our table had been wiped but not cleaned. The console on the table was FILTHY. The flatware was dirty, my bread plate and the water glasses. The salad was mostly white lettuce. I ordered a baked potato with NO sour cream due to allergies and I was served sour cream. I was finished eating before the 2nd cold potato came out. The scallops were not cooked through. The flounder was so greasy the coating fell off. The shrimp and clams were also greasy. The baked fish and scallops were bland. In all fairness, the biscuits were good and I enjoyed the lemon vinaigrette. Our waitress seemed disinterested in us but was busy talking with the bartender. We were also charged for an item that was not available. We never saw a manager or anyone in charge. Extremely disappointed. Wish we had read the reviews before choosing this place.
Service was great from Victoria. The food was good. The silverware and glasses were not. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned. The glasses and silverware had buildup on them. That’s the only bad about our meal. Otherwise we will be back. Oh, and they didn’t have grapefruit to make a salty dog, but that’s no big deal. I prefer clean dishes and silverware over the drink.
Let me start by saying that I am not the type to complain, and rarely will take the time to leave a negative review. We went here for a birthday dinner. Otherwise, I would have never waited an HOUR to be seated in a completely empty restaurant. When we were finally seated the table had food crumbs everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves while the staff silently watched. The margaritas were awful. Our food took way too long to come out, and was cold when it did. I ordered just the shrimp cocktail because I knew better than to order lobster or crab in this place, but that was the only thing not to come out. And when it did (see pic)... ?Another member of our party found his mashed potatoes to be covered in hair. The crab legs were so soggy, they were inedible. This was a $30+ plate, and IMO completely unacceptable. Evidently our waiter, Bryce, knew this based on the fact that he never came back to our table after finally delivering this "food". In fact we had to seek him out to pay, and after several members of our party had left. We did express to him our dissatisfaction, but was met with indifference. If you are looking for fine dining this is definitely not the place. Whatever you do, do not plan a date night here! But if you're looking to spend WAY TOO MUCH of your hard earned money on an imminent bout of diarrhea, than this is your spot. I, for one, will never come back birthday or otherwise.
Red lobster is just not what it used to be. We had several issues with our order more than likely from not having an experienced cook. The manager was very helpful and gave us a discount due to all the different issues of our meal. But to be completely honest I think the pricing for the type of food they sell is just off the charts.
Was my birthday. After a 1.5 hr wait somewhere else, Eva and staff has us seated, 16 of us, with 10 minutes. By the time we got there, it was ready and our server was professional and great!
It’s okay. I go to RL all over the states. I’d say this was what I should expect of west Texas. Hurst TX, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri all had nicer/cleaner places. The service was great and the food was okay. I probably had weird expectations just coming from all the above states in the last month…
Upon arriving claimed they didn’t do reavers
