I love potbelly’s food but the customer service at this location is horrible. I usually order online but decided to go to the store to use my gift certificate from dining for charities. When I was ordering I didn’t realize that there were options for skinny sandwiches and thin bread and when I was asking a question about these options the employee was extremely rude. I then pulled around and paid for my food using the gift certificate when I received my receipt I realized the employee didn’t apply the full amount of the gift certificate I had. I was being perfectly pleasant when I was explaining this to him and he just responded with “It is was it is” and proceeded to slam the window in my face. I pulled around to the front and for the managers name and he refused to give it me. Completely ruined potbelly’s for me and my family. I will not be going back and I definitely don’t recommend going to this location.
Great food. We order once a week from here but it’s hot or miss some days with them always forgetting something. Some days it’s perfect and they remember to bring everything, other days they forget some of the order like cookies, soup, extra cheese, napkins, spoons, etc. This is annoying but the food really is great so I’m giving 4 stars.
I ordered the wreck for delivery. It came with nothing but a few pieces of sandwich meat between two pieces of dry bread. It was like eating a cotton ball covered in salt. No cheese, no condiments, the meat had a big line of sinew or gristle and was really chewy and popped when I bit it.
Here at 8.30 In the morning no one’s answered the drive thru pull up to window no one there ridiculous I call the girl said we’re not open until 10 maybe you should update your hours why have a breakfast menu if u don’t even serve it

We ate at 2pm 10/9 and the girl putting veggies on sandwich was very rude rolling eyes. we saw 3 different kids come in and get free drinks 2 also got a sandwich a piece. We love this place but this should be addressed.
I placed an order on their app for deliver. Had about a 30 min deliver time in there. About 20 min after the delivery time it still hadn’t arrived. I called and they told me it was out for delivery. About 45 min later it still hadn’t arrived so I called back to which the lady said it was sitting on the counter and their deliver driver had canceled my order. I went to the app and sure enough it was canceled. The general manager said she had to contact corporate to see if I could get a refund. Called back two days later and spoke to the clueless assistant general manager Charles who said they didn’t have a corporate office, but gave me Kenny McClesky’s name as the owner and said he was going to get me his number to contact him then came back to say he wasn’t allowed to give me the owners information. So here I am still with out my money back and doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen.Update: after posting the review the owner responded here. I emailed the email address listed. He called and said he would refund my money although he wasn’t supposed to do it himself, it was supposed to be done through a third party.
My oh my I had the best experience and sandwich. I haven't been very much so I didn't know about the different sandwiches and the workers helped me decide. Which was fantastic. I had the wreck I think it was called. It had different kinda of meat with Swiss cheese and I added everything to it including the roasted red peppers and red wine vinaigrette. Absolutely the BEST sandwich I have had in years. Thank you guys.
Ordered two sandwiches and a shake online. Show up 2 minutes after the pickup time. Order isn't ready, looked over the counter and saw that everything was there but one sandwich. Waited 10 minutes or so for the other sandwich. Got home with one sandwich that had gone cold and was missing the mushrooms I paid extra for, a completely melted shake, and one hot sandwich. The freshly made sandwich tasted excellent, my steak sandwich tasted alright but it was luke warm at best, and the shake was the consistency of water it was so melted.
I had horrible service today and ever since the menu change it just hasn’t been good. Why get rid of coffee shakes? Ridiculous. My order was also completely wrong today.
