Not as good as the one that was by the old stripIf you want it done right I suggest going inside where you can see them make your orderBest gizzards and spicy sauce is pretty good too
I love their gizzards with hot sauce, all their BBQ is great, I have been getting pinkies gizzards for years
Manager on duty Sunday May 8, 2022, Ty Scott sat back and let his 18yr employee handle a situation that clearly warranted a manger. I go to Pinkies for the memories the food holds for me and my family. I was in Lbk for the holiday wknd and yeah stopping there for gizzards was a terrible idea. I’m from Lbk and know what the name Pinkies represents for Lubbockites, this manager clearly doesn’t represent the company to its standards.
The food is good but the service sucks !!!!Was in line for what seemed forever. No one ever answered the Entercom to take my order.Me thinking Entercom not working cause even after saying hello anyone there and getting no answer I drive forward to window only to be told they couldn't take my order cause I didn't use Entercom!I explain that no one was answering Entercom but they didn't careThey still didn't take my order!!!Not a happy customer!
Went and bought some gizzards and they were kinda dry and didn't have very much crust on them... their bbq sauce was very watery not thick the way it used to be... also had a bbq sandwich and was disappointed cause had a very thick slice of just fat and the crust of the brisket was real hard no even chewable...
I ordered a large sandwich for 7.99 and ended up paying over 11 dollars just for extra sauce. That's all I got a sandwich and sauce 12 bucks. . Nice...

This pinky’s was horrible. My parents where getting pinkies today, when they got there meal there sauce was an orange color( it’s supposed to be red),there sauce was also watered down and didn’t have the same taste. They said there gizzards tasted like rubber and was hard to chew. When we called to make a complaint we got the worst costumer service, instead of having manner and being polite she was rude, interrupting, and was all above just no manners. This is the worst pinkies my parents have been to my dad has been going there for 30 years and it has not been this horrible. This pinkies is horrible.
Haven't had them in while so decided to stop for lunch. Very disappointed today. Sauce was watery, sandwich tasted bitter (like vinegar) and gizzards were cold. Needless to say, I didn't eat lunch today.Called the store to ask about the sauce & meat. Guy who answered said yup, "It is what it is today". No apologies and he was ok with selling subpar food.Guess it will be another few months before I try them again. There are plenty of BBQ places in town to choose from.
I've been going to pinkies since I was younger and I've always loved to gizzard.. you can't go wrong with them . Today I got gizzards and a chopped BBQ sandwich and they were both great. If you like your BBQ saucey I'd recommend getting extra sauce . The employees were friendly so thank yall
