Food is good, portions not bad for soup and salad- love the smoothies!

Great food! They made a small error on my co-workers meal, immediately fixed it and served it with a bowl of soup. Manager was great!

Fairly consistent quality and flavor, that’s one good thing about Panera. This location was not particularly busy at 7 AM, and everyone in here is friendly.

Met with others for coffee & a treat. Not a soul in the place but us. The treats were good but they had no hot coffee & we had to get coffee brought from the kitchen...which was also not hot. Disappointed for sure!

I love eating at Panera Bread. The food there was very delicious. I have been there a lot. Love the soup and sandwiches they have. Everyone there was very friendly welcoming and helpful. I'm tilling my family and friends to go to and eat.

Terrible service and attitude of staff and the manager on duty the morning of 1/29/22. At a time when businesses closing are at an all time high you’d think they would appreciate and welcome customers. I’m sure this location will close soon just like the other one. The place was empty and even then they had a hard time taking a simple order. I left without spending any money there.

Every single time we go to this Panera, they get something wrong. Outside of all past experiences, I’m pregnant and not feeling well so my husband took me through the drive-through for some soup tonight. I ordered an autumn squash soup and a sandwich. First, they give us our order and we look in the bag and the sandwich is not there. Thankfully we checked before we drove off. Then we get home and my autumn squash soup was tomato soup. I could never eat that because it would give me horrible heartburn. We will NEVER eat here again! Like I said, this happens every. Single. Time. We try to eat here. That was the last straw. It wasn’t busy. We were the only people in the drive through and there weren’t many people inside. It wasn’t late or close to closing time, it was around 6:30 pm. I give them no excuses.

Do not go here. They have raised prices more than anyone else, and give smaller portions. There is a reason no one is ever there. You can go to a sit down restaurant for less.

First and Last time for us. Went online and placed an order for pickup. Looking at the menu and photos of each dish we placed our order which the first sign of trouble was their prices were High.Took the order home and yes the most expensive soup order was left out. Their food does not look anything like their pictures. And it was simply terrible. All of it!Panerai should consider closing their doors for real. Forgetting an item is just a mistake but coupled with high prices and food you can't even eat is time to turn out the lights and go find other employment.Save your money and stay home and cook or go somewhere else and you'll be better off.I'm not this hard on comments but the food was terrible. Fifty bucks and we ended up throwing it out and having cereal instead.

Amanda the general assistant manager was outstanding! Food was amazing from the soup all the way down to the cookies, everything was fresh as well! Will definitely be returning to this location.
