Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado wrap through the drive through. They didnt put chicken in it. Ordered a medium latte and it was half full. Ask for the latte to be sweet. It tasted like nothing. Its like they didn’t even care.
Paid 10 for a boil of broth and onions. No cheese or onions in the French Onion soup. So disappointing.
We had two value duets 1. Creamy tomato soup with Greek salad 2. 10 vegetable soup with tuna sandwich. Botha were great. We also like their bagels and bear claw.
I don't know why I keep trying to go here. This one and the other one are so bad. No wonder their never busy. I remember when you had to get there early because there would be a line out the door. I don't know what happened to this place but they need to get it back together. The soup wasn't very warm, zero bread or chips given, the Napa was soggy and the bread bowl was super hard. Very sad. Used to be our go to place
I have always loved Panera Bread but this branch is a disaster. There is a weird garlicky smell inside it. Food does not taste fresh and the Coffee never hot.
I said I wasn’t coming back here because it has been so bad in the past. But, decided to give them one more shot. Wish I hadn’t!! First off, we walk on the tile floor to get our drinks and the floor is so disgustingly sticky your shoes literally stick to the floor! Not just one spot, but the whole floor! Then my son ordered a half sandwich and soup, they spill his soup all over his sandwich. Soggy nasty!! I had soup and salad. My soup was lukewarm. $37 down the drain. This place had 5 tables at 12:30. Don’t know how they make it!!
They have a good selection of items, including for kids. Their sandwiches are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The one issue is that the fruit cup is very small and doesn't have much variety. Getting one for your kids is likely a mistake and it won't be enough for an adult; just get a different side.

The food just didn't look fresh or taste fresh. Disappointed .
This Panera is a train wreck and clown show. It smells bad in there. They got my order wrong. The sandwiches are horrible tasting and poorly put together compared to other Paneras. Completely doused in mayonnaise. Was this sandwich built with the intent of serving it to a human? All the staff members are just mucking around and no one knows what they are doing. There’s plenty of great restaurants within a few hundred feet of this place - not even worth popping in.
