For fast Chinese food, they are great, fast and friendly and the food is really good and the prices are not to bad, but the only issue with them is you better get there way before they close, because usually beginning like an hour before close they might be out of fried rice, or broccoli and beef, or something, they will be out of something.
I was at the Panda Express on 82nd and Milwaukee at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon. There were about ten people in line to order in the dining room. After about 15 minutes, not a single person was served. The employees were only serving the drive through customers. They wouldn’t even look at us. No eye contact, no explanations. Everyone in line finally just left. That was the worst service I have ever encountered.
It is Saturday night, 7:30 pm. The crew here are short handed & are getting hammered with customers! BUT they are killing it! The gentleman cooking are moving at 100 mph, the front counter crew is overwhelmed, but keeping their cool & getting things out as quick as possible. This crew is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Well done on hiring a great crew! Thank you!
I get that businesses don't have enough people to work the shifts. However, take 2 minutes and clean all the tables and take out the trash!!! I will gladly wait a few minutes if you would clean the dinning area.
Orange and teriyaki chicken with fried rice! So good! Had lunch with my pops! Great time and good spot!
I went here tonight and got a plate and a bigger plate. I received 3 pieces of chicken for each entree I got on both plates and it was given to me sideways in the bag. I called and told them I would bring the food back and simply wanted a refund. The Manger told me they don't do refunds and that they would remake my food. I was so disgusted with the employees that took my card, they were laughing the whole time, and acting like they were stoned. Paid 25 dollars for 5 dollars worth of food. The employees and manager at this location is a joke..what a great first time trying panda express. Will never come back. Will NOT recommend. If the owner or manager is reading this. Fire everyone and start new! Completely unprofessional and they are making your restaurant look very bad. Shame.

Normally my go to Panda, but this time the teriyaki chicken was burned, they left off an egg roll we ordered, and were talking to staff when taking our order. I think we just caught them on a bad day but not their best work this time. We went around 4:30pm Saturday.
All of the idiots working the front counter at this location should be fired and replaced. I asked for sauce on top of my teriyaki chicken and this bone head lady poured all the grease from the bottom of the pan into my plate. Then someone else bagged our order to go without asking if it was too go, so my mom and I had to sit at the table eating out of a plastic bag. The cashier didn't give me my change and the manager didn't care. She seemed so stressed that her head was about to explode and it wasn't even that busy. I'm never eating at Panda anymore the quality has really gone down the toilet. The meal is not a good value either, $22 for two plates and two small sodas was not worth it.
The workers are always really nice and the food is always the same so you don’t have to worry about it not tasting the same next time you come in.
