This Location is pathetic. The lady that took our order was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for broccoli and beef, there was only a small portion left and she proceeded to scoop only Broccoli into my plate. I told here there was no beef in it, thinking she would fill the container with new and more food. NO, she very rudely said, ''WELL IF YOU DON'T WANT IT , YOU CAN GET SOMETHING ELSE''. UMM NO, I want you to make sure there is plenty of food in these containers to serve the public the items they ask for. The entire experience was horrible, the rice was stale tasted like old eggs. Never again!
So we eat here a lot, but I do ask if I'm willing to wait the 15 mins for more honey sesame chicken than I would like to have it in the container. Luckily I ordered double honey sesame so I was able to share with my husband, but I don't live in lubbock and don't appreciate the wait just to find we didn't have any. I'll have to double check from now on.
They let you know that their out of everything while your in the drive thru to pick up the order after you already place your order an hour ahead. No heads up or phone call about being out of everything... Poor customer service
I love panda express but I have to say this one needs a lot of work. Customer service is very poor. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through while they talk to their friend over the ordering box (I could hear the conversation) was not business related. I waites that long just for them to tell me they are closed.... this was around 6:30 in the afternoon.
First you order. Then wait in line, then pay. That’s when they like to inform you that what you ordered, is a 5 minute wait, which is at LEAST a 20 minute wait. This should be told to the customer when it is ordered! This location is ALWAYS out of something. The food is always cold or undercooked! The employees are extremely rude and don’t need to be working if they don’t like their job. After being upset about my order, they barely gave me any food! I’m extremely upset. I paid for my food, yet they gave my less than half of what I ordered. Just like others have said, this location needs to be closed.
Good selection , I had a Bowl with rice and veg and a neat selection of Kung pow chicken . It was hot and fresh. The food line moved quickly in spite of it being the lunch rush time.
I haven't been to PE in some years. I decided to give it another try today. They never had anything that had enough veggies for me. I was pleasantly surprised today. I got my fill of veggies which was impressive to me. I was not sure what to order and the lady behind the counter helped point me in the right direction when I told her what I wanted. Thank you, I will be back again.
Let me start by saying that I have never been more disappointed in such a big corporation as I was with this one. Customer service in my opinion is the worse I have ever experienced. My online order was placed and paid for, the employees set out the online orders unattended because they are too incompetent to stay busy and monitor the orders that are picked up. My order was either taken by accident or intentionally stolen. As I explained this to the employees they basically kept telling me that it was not there problem and they don't get paid to monitor who picks up the orders once they are set out for the public to grab as they please. It was two large chow meins...are you kidding me!! I asked them if they could please make the order again and they said NO not their problem!!! WOW! They throw away more than that away at the end of the day. I received no refund and no food!!! Keep my money Panda, looks like y'all need it more than I do!
Sorry but I give up on this place. The employees are sometimes nice, but oftentimes RUDE. If they close at 10 you better plan on being there by 9 to get anything. The food is sometimes good but oftentimes cold old and ridiculously small portion. Most of the time they don't have over half of the menu and if you decide to wait for "five minutes" you probably better plan on 30 minutes. Now their thing is, no drinks. Like, how can a fast food chain not serve drinks for 3 months? They just need to close this location. It's awful.
went through the drive through and was the lady who answered the speaker box (her name was daisy) was EXTREMELY rude. ordered an orange chicken bowl and didn’t even get orange chicken. awful service.
