Recently visited outback in Lubbock. I normally don’t write reviews, but this is well worth the time to review. My wife and I ordered appetizers and a couple of drinks, and ordered prime rib with all the Fixin‘s. The food was very fresh, and made our tummies very happy. A special shout out to the server, Symphony, who was courteous and very professional. She obviously knows the full menu, and made suggestions to help us with the order, kept our drinks filled, And kept us smiling! Very entertaining chat with her! Not only will we come back in the future for the food, but we will seek out one of Symphony’s tables! The whole experience was just plain wonderful!
Went to dinner to celebrate my son getting straight A’s at school and had the best service ever! Brianna was our server and she was so full of energy, attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us. You can definitely tell when someone likes their job because it is reflected in their care. Food was delicious. My mouth is watering thinking of the bloomin’ onion. Will definitely be making more trips to The Outback and highly recommend it to my friends and family.
We went to see our two boys at TT this weekend and decided to place a take out order at Outback (we were tired?). This location was far superior to the one we eat at in Frisco. The food was great, but the service and hospitality was what set this location apart. Natalie was the person who took our order and delivered it when we pulled up. She was great from start to finish. Order was right and food was hot! Just as much, it was so nice to have someone who genuinely cared about the customer with such a great attitude. Unfortunately, it seems this kind of personal customer service is a dying breed nowadays. A+ on the food and A+++ on the family like service….thank you Natalie.
My wife and I have dined hear a few times and the food is always great, but not so much on our last visit! after leaving my original review the Owner actually reached out to us and insisted on making it right he even told me "even if I have to cook our meals himself" that really blew me away I know that all restaurants are not perfect and as the saying goes "[email protected]#t Happens" I have left several reviews good and bad and of the bad reviews (which is not many) I have never had anyone reach out to me to try and make it right except for now! The owner of this Outback did not have to reach out to me but he did and it really shows just how much he Values his customers and the Neighborhood his restaurant is in because of that my wife and I will Absolutely have no hesitation in returning to this Outback for dinner again and recommend this restaurant for dinner! Thank you again for making it right and showing you truly care about your customers.
Sydney helped ensure our food came out in a timely manner and got our waiter for us when needed. She was so helpful. Our waiter was great as we’ll, he kept a close eye on us.
The service was amazing! Very pleasant and the best steak I’ve had out in a very long time. The owner and the wait staff was super nice and great customer service! I will be coming back when I roll in Lubbock again. The blackberry martini was also well done!
