I absolutely LOVE these wings! Having grown up in Lubbock, I am no stranger to One Guy from Italy. Last week they had the unfortunate surprise to have air conditioning problems, but the box fans, fantastic service (thank you Shauna, our waitress) and the manager constantly checking on us definitely made up for air conditioning problems. I ordered these AMAZING wings for my road trip and I was not disappointed! One Guy is not just pizza, calzones, and great service-it’s also delicious buffalo wings! Thank you again for a wonderful experience and starting my road trip off to great start!

Two slices of pepperoni, salad and a drink for a good price. I was pleased with the food and the friendly staff.I would visit this mom and pop more often but it is a bit of a ways from my place. But all in all if you have the time I would suggest it.

I've had the eggplant Parmesan from this place before however last night I had it it was horrible. I asked him for fettuccine noodles with Alfredo on top however they ended up putting fettuccine all over the eggplant in which it didn't soak up any sauce, also the eggplant is cut really really thin and fried and this makes it over cooked and crispy virtually no eggplant. please hopefully I can come back and have a greater experience but it won't be for a while..

We were helped by Dedra (hope I spelled that right!) She was awesome from start to finish. She seemed to be hosting so she sat us at a table, came back to check on us and then helped us with getting our bill taken care of. She wears many hats gracefully and this restaurant is lucky to have her!!

I have loved this place for many years. They do a great job on my custom calzone every time. This last time tasted a little different. Did you guys change the sauce, if so please change it back. It was still good but it was not the same. Either that or they decided to put more sauce and less meat. This would normally be a 5 star.

I ordered a custom create your own calzone, took a bit longer but its was totally worth the wait. Its was stuffed with Beef, Pepperoni, Sausage, Jalapenos extra sauce and cheese!! Whew here comes the Acid reflux ?? But on the real it was amazing.

Sadly, the quality at this location has been on the decline for some time. The quality of our last three or four orders has been progressively worse. After last night’s meal, I can say it has sunken past the threshold of tolerable. The pizza and calzone were both stale, and either the black olives or the Canadian bacon on the pizza had a funky aftertaste. The crust, which is usually the saving grace if all else fails, was tough and did not taste right. This restaurant has been a Lubbock staple for years, but they may be relying too heavily on their past reputation at this point. I hope they can right the ship and turn things around before it’s too late.

I want to say say 4.5 or maybe a little less. I ordered the calzone, which came with a drink. The calzone crust was perfect. The cheese was good as well. However, either the sauce or the meat was a bit too salty. I had the basic meat calzone, so it came with pepperoni, sausage and ham. If I had to guess, perhaps the ham was the culprit. I couldn't figure it out though and there was another odd spice flavor that was definitely the sauce; perhaps too much oregano. I am just not sure. Regardless, it is probably worth a second visit to see if maybe it was just that version of the calzone. The staff was great and friendly. I also have to add that the men's room needed some serious attention.

The staff is excellent. The dinner didn't arrive in any planned order.First theAbout 5 minutes later the manicotti arrived with two side salads.Normally the salads would show up as a sort of appetizer prior to the main dish. Then, another 5 minute wait, the lasagna appeared.Soooo... no real planned order. The food was a little less than hoped.I suspect the place does much better with pizza since we observed a lot of take out orders for pizza.Did I mention that the staff was excellent? They were exactly what I would hope for when visiting an Italian restaurant! Will try again and likely raise my rating after I try their pizza.....

Food was good, service could be better. There was no alcohol menu so we took a stab at ordering two glasses of Merlot. Didn't have Merlot, but did have Cabernet, good enough. Minestrone was tasty, but not real warm. We shared an order of manicotti, it was well made and delicious.Server was not very friendly until time to pay. She could have been having a day.Would like to try the pizza here next time we visit.
