This was a 5 star for our family to dinning until tonight. We went here for dinner a family of 5 because the parking lot had maybe 4 cars and had front door parking. We walk in the hostess was very rude and told us it would be 20 to 30 minute wait. We asked why and she said because our big table was takin. We asked to put two tables together and she snapped and said we can't do that, we only have 2 servers. The restaurant had only maybe 12 to 15 people inside. We didn't want to wait after someone being rude. We went to the Plaza instead and were immediately seated.
10/10 the best bar service I have ever experienced! Corona, the bartender, is the sweetest bartender I’ve ever had and I’ve become a regular because of him. The drinks he makes are delicious and his service is so great too! Go in and ask for a strawberry pina colada, he makes the best one!!
My mom, my brother, my niece, and I went there about a week ago for dinner. The waiter seemed out of it. I ordered a frozen Margarita and my brother ordered a beer. I got my Margarita before he got his beer. It took 45 minutes for him to bring my brother his beer and it ended up being the wrong one. We got queso to go with our chips and never got it until I finally said something. We had been waiting for over an hour for our food, the people who came in after us on both sides of where we sat had already gotten their food. So we ended up talking to a manager and decided to leave and when they brought the food right out when we were getting our things it wasn't even the right order. It was HORRIBLE.
The waiter was on it. Never had a complaint when we asked for straws, napkins, whatever. My family has never had a bad experience and we definitely going back. The food was delicious and fresh.
The fish is both crispy and soft. Cooked really well. Service before noon is fast.
Was very disappointed tonight. Haven't been in a long time. Took my family for what we thought would be a great meal. We were there for over an hr,ppl that came in after us got their food. Decided to leave after waiting so long. Waiter came out as we were leaving said they were waiting on the enchiladas. I know they don't take an hr to make and cook.
Service was good. Food looked nothing like the pictures in the menu (smaller portions.) Food tasted good.
Ordered chicken Queso Fundido as a take out. Specified the entree, be sure to put in tortillas, chips and salsa. Reminded the server when I picked up that I wanted tortillas etc and he assured me they were in the bag. Got back to the hotel. No tortillas, no napkins, nothing to eat with. Hard to eat hot cheese with your fingers.This is beyond bad service. This is laziness and deceit.
Customer service was great! Jeremiah was our waiter and he was very pleasant and made our experience dine in welcoming. He was courteous, smiling, and stayed ontop of making sure we were happy. Food was delicious!! Fresh and tasted great! The Sangria was a creeper but very tasty! Lol
Service is always good in the bar area. Decent place to watch sporting events. We had the queso and jalapeno poppers, not too shabby.
