It's really nice inside. I like the waterfall and goldfish but wished the water was more cleaned. We felt super rushed ordering. Sushi was a bit warm for our taste. But food was all around delicious. Nothing was explained just threw us at a table and expected us to order not knowing anything. Delicious but definitely give customers a bit of time.
The food was good. The guy cooking our hibachi was really boring. He didn't once speak or anything. No type of enthusiasm. It seem as if he shorted us on the rice as well. We barely had the amount of rice we'd normally get at another hibachi. He never did one trick for the kids sitting there. Overall the only thing we liked was the taste of our food.
Well, very upsetting experience. The host placed me at the table with hibachi grill. When attempted to order sashimi, I was told that I cannot seat at this table, because this table is only for hibachi. And there is no other place. Oops. Except for bar area. And that I either have to order hibachi (which I didn't feel to) or sit at the narrow bar. Really? After half an hour at the restaurant I have to leave? When I'm ready to order?Why didn't you ask me when I walked in? This is absolutely ridiculous attitude to customers.
Our waitress was rude and rolled her eyes the hibachi chef wasn’t entertaining like how they usually are for the kids. I made sure to have all kids drink orders the same and mine as well. The waitress snatched menus out of my hand!!!! After I saw we were the only ones to get treated poorly I asked for the manager and then was told our waitress was sick and that was her reason for the service she gave to me and my kids… and then the waitress comes out acting nice and confirms the lay she has been having stomach issues from being sick and had to run to the restroom!!!! If me or my kids get sick I am not gonna be a very happy person. I only went because my kids enjoy the entertainment of the food being cooked in front of them…. Overall I will not be returning and looking for a new establishment.
Great food... Nice people... But ripping people off in grituity especially when 5 was small kids is pretty crazy 3 of those 5 shared one meal the other 2 ate from ours and they charged us almost 35 extra is kind of insane ..
Why does this happen more times lately? Food came out at different times - the sushi came out a least 5 minutes after the chicken entrees. No- one in our party ate at same time. One of my worst pet peeves, when going to a restaurant. We had to ask several times for more water. ( and they were not busy). When ordering we asked for a couple minutes to read the menu, then someone else came up right after .....again we asked for a couple minutes to read the menu....seemed like in a hurry to take ordered and be done with us. Food was goo, but manors as a waitress here should be better.
Great food! (I regret not taking pics). When we walked in we were greeted by a couple of friendly hostess. While I waited for the rest of my group to get inside, there were a couple of other customers who got there and were rude to the hostess. Hostess handled it nicely and professionally. You have the option to sit at a table or at the grill. We chose the grill. Some people don't know, but you can tip the chef when they get done cooking (in appreciation of the good food and excellent entertainment). Our waitress was awesome as well! It's great when you don't even have to ask for drink refills!! Wonderful service! We've gone to other places where gratuity is included so staff tends to not provide quality service since tip is guaranteed but not here-they did excellent!!
Would give 0 stars if I could. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely horrible food. Chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way. Rude employees. And definitely over priced. A kid could finish these $24 plates! Not coming back here again! Y’all check out Thai pepper for some good food!
Food was great service was a little slow on refilling drinks
Was my second time there and my wife and kids first time. Overall everything was good spend 160.00 for a family of 6 That's including tip we all got combo plates filet mignon & chicken. Will definitely be going back
