Poor customer service. Cold food
sadly to say my favorite burger joints customer service has gone down hill. I have been going here for yearsss since I was a little kid, food and service has always been top notch. Decided to go through drive thru today, was told they had a 30 minute wait time, which I had no problem with of course. Time passed and it seemed as if they forgot about us, so I drove up to the pick up window and waited more than 5 minutes just to be asked what I had , and he replied “ oh I haven’t even dropped your Pattie’s yet “ so of course after waiting more then 40 mins, I proceeded to ask for a refund, since I had two separate orders they said they didn’t know how to do that and if they could just give me cash, I said that was fine, when handed back my cash I asked if I could have my receipts back since the orders where 2 different totals and the girl just handed all the cash back as one, she proceeded to walk to grab the receipts and some lady in the kitchen said “ now what does she want “ and proceeded just to talk about how busy they were and more. Just very upsetting how the customer service has become to terrible and Non friendly. Not sure if I’ll be returning !! ?
Better than Tommy's burgers, employees were very nice and respectful.I would recommend people eating here

I absolutely love MACD(Miss Ann’s Classic Diner) the customer service is always excellent and the food is even better! I enjoyed this establishment so much I wrote a haiku.Miss Ann’s Fine Burgers,So Good You’ll Want Another,With a Shake to Go!
First time trying the burgers it was delicious! Chilli chz fries just needed to be homemade chili and queso instead of shredded chz.. my opinion
All the high school bands march in the Christmas Parafe & we (3 girls & myself) walked to Miss Ann's Classic Dinee after we parked at Sunset Church on 34th Street to eat, I recommend this place, geest food & people. One of the girls was sweet enough to but my dinner unexpectedly. If haven't tried go try which you won't be disappointed at all.
