Service was great. Food was hot and fresh, fries were hot and crispy.
Very nice & was fast getting order from the time I had ordered from the kiosk.
Ordered at drive thru and was told to pull around which I was fine with because it was a large order. Then I was promptly forgotten about and sat there for 20 minutes. Nobody came outside to look for me. Went inside and they said “we thought you left”. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they offered to remake the order.
Out of the 6 items we ordered, 3 were wrong. Even though we repeated the order and asked her to double check the order, it was still wrong.
We ordered 4 pies which they did say they had and technically they did but they gave them to the car in front of us instead of his order.... again when you go to McDonald's expecting failure and you think wow they will get it right.... wrong they find a way to fail
It seems to be a trend at all the area McDonald's that the person who takes the money is polite but the person at the food window is rude and very disrespectful. Throwing the bag seems to be a rule.

Customer service sucks bad. Everyone is like on edge or they are offended that they have to work. They don't mix coffee when you get it. So be sure you ask or stir it yourself before you drink it. They need new staff
They just can’t seemed to get the order right and after a year you still can’t dine in.
Very clean place fast on getting your food out and very nice employees. I'll be coming back more often.
