Fast and friendly. Food was fresh. My iced coffee was just how I like it. The young man working the front even came out to bring out my order even though I didn't order table side and he checked back later to make sure everything was good. Great crew this morning!

Third time our order was wrong. Ordered online, got one out of three right. Talk to manager she wanted our receipt, didn't have one since we ordered online, she couldn't do anything without the food or receipt. To compensate us we got 2 large diet cokes. Will hold up drive thru to check our order next time!!!

David the Floor Manager decided to yell at his employees in front of my wife, who was a customer at the time. Because his employee messed up on the order. Then decides to yell at my wife, asking her what else she wanted. My wife tells him to stop yelling at her and his employees and not to be rude. He then tells my wife that he’s not rude. He’s trying to hold onto my wife’s debit card, my wife tells him to give it back to her. He then tells her that he would of brought it out to her with her food. Then he yells at my wife, to tell the people in front of her to move. This is unacceptable, no way to speak to a customer, to employees or no way to run a business. If this guy doesn’t like his job, then he needs to quit or go find something else to do.

Why do we order from McDonald's now expecting them to disappoint?We simply ordered 4 pies which we asked if they had before we ordered as it was 930ish, they said yes took our order we sat 20 mints waiting to get to the window only to be told they have to bake them and it's 8 mints if we wanna pull forward and wait. Mind you we asked before we ordered and sat there 20 mints if they bake in 8 and knew they needed some why did they wait for us to get to the window. We paid cash got no money and no pies as honestly I was tired we had done end of life services on my mom today! An all I want was something sweet and bad for me to take back to the hotel. Epic miserable fail!!

Adrian the front end manager definitely needs some training in customer service. Also I paid for a large French fries got a container for the large but it was only half full. Came through the drive thru and the lady who handed me my food did not say ONE single word & looked at With an attitude. It seems like all the McDonald’s around here sucks :(

Terrible! drive thru experience (approx. 10:30 am)- didn't get our order correct twice..window staff dropped our receipt on ground and I had to squeeze out to get it to prove my order...then my son in law got accused of stealing an apple fritter from the bag! It wasn't there!! Yet the staff said she saw my son in law take it! From both the window staff then the manager! Really? Don't need to steal no $1-2 fritter!! Very unprofessional. I don't usually get breakfast from McDonald's but for some reason I did. I will not go back to that one and do not recommend it, at least from my personal experience. Too bad people that act this way can hurt business. Owners please look at camera if available, that is just so wrong!

We were told lobby was closed, two mins later other people walk in and they let them order inside and eat. The drive thru line was long and moved very slow. Until a mgr took over and started moving people fast. Our order was still wrong though ??‍♀️

They can't ever get an order right. They always forget something or get something wrong. It is especially difficult when you are in the car with your small children and have to get them out of their car seats just to go in and get the problem fixed.
