I love getting large fries half empty SAID NO ONE EVER
I hate hate hate this McDonald’s. As a family we have been here in Lubbock for 16 years and this has always been our closest MCD. However I can tell you i have had more orders wrong than any right. I always have to check and then tell them what they forgot.I recently started driving for doordash and OMG it never fails their order is wrong, or something is missing. Where is the GM or manager? Do they not care. I promise you if you ask anyone, “Which McDonald’s is your least favorite” the answer is always university and the loop. I’m sick of it. Tonight we ordered after a long day in exhausting heat celebrating Mother’s Day and no one felt like cooking. There are 6 of us and 3 (not one) orders were forgotten 3 double bacon quarter pounders and the fries. The drinks were there so I know they saw the order. This place should be shut down, it lacks the management and the expediting it takes to make a great team. I’m sorry but this manager is letting the entire team down by not training coordinating and developing employees. I hope you don’t pay them too dollar because they are just not getting it.
It's Mcdonald's fast food like every other one could all ways be better.
Service was rude. Chicken was old. Waited in line for over 1/2 an hr to only get stuck for another 20 mins just trying to leave the parking lot from the drive thru.
Call you McDonald's store and let them know I need toilet paper in men's bathroom in Lubbock Texas on 50th the streets and avet next to Burger King
I stay right up the street...this McDonald's will never get my money again they gave my pregnant daughter half done fries.. nuggets old they looked like they been out in da sun all day.... crew rude
McDonald's is pretty much the same no matter where you go...
The food is good and I would go back again
Stopped by McDonald's for a cup of coffee this morning because Starbucks was closed. This is what you get for a large at this particular McDonald's. Can't say if this is normal for all locations, but disappointed.
As always McD's is the bomb love my $1 menu cheese burgers.
