every time me and my boyfriend go to this location our order is messed up. i don’t like tea but no matter what drink i order they give me a tea?? anytime my boyfriend says he doesn’t want a specific topping it’s always on there anyways. i always get a double quarter pounder and the pattys are always sooo uneven. i get a little on even but half the patty hanging off the side?? it’s ridiculous i can’t even fix it cause the cheese.
Went inside after eating to get a refill for my daughter and the manager seriously wouldn't let me. It was a small cup for crying out loud besides when did McDonald's stop giving refills???? So rude! Who would stop a little girl from getting a little bit more Powerade? What a freaking power trip all for what, to make a little girl cry, what happened to human decency?
Mc.Donalds and I don't seem to be my place to be. They take to long to get orders out. they usually give me the wrong order.my experiance 1 out of 5 have been the worst service ever. Although I love the bacon double cheeseburger. And there fries are out of this world
Waited over 20 min for 3 burgers while employees hung out playing on their phone
Ordered a fish sandwich meal. Medium. I asked for extra ice. She says drive to the first window. I said I'm not finished. She says oh I was talking to someone else. I said no cheese. She doesn't answer. So I drive up and pay. Then to the second window. I get my drink with only four ice cubes. I tell her. She says give me the drink back. I'm checking my sandwich. I give it back. It has cheese. She gives me another. My point: it's their mistake(s) and they make you feel like it's yours!!! It's the McDonald's on 50th and Ave T. Not to mention the food. Now I remember why I haven't been to THIS location in a while.
I love McDonald's I really do I go every day sometimes twice a day, but when they say sorry we are out of that drink that ruins everything! And the wait time is ridiculous, the other night I pull up checked my watch it was exactly 9:05 this is at 1910 50th Lubbock Tx. I did not get my order which was just a drink until 9:30 yes 25 minutes in line. It's ridiculous! And the lobby? It's never open NEVER! THAT PLACE IS OUT OF CONTROL!
I ordered and was charged the bundle price but when I got to the window to pay I was charged for everything individuallyThen when I picked up my food my drinkTook several minutes to make while my food was slung out the window before I was completely stopped.
All the hamburgers are aways lukewarm. Ever since they hold them in the steam I've never had a hot hamburger at McDonalds. Sad.
Got the food fast. Asked for a double quarter with mac sauce on it, and didn't get the mac sauce.They dont have lemonade, were out of carbonation for the sodas, and the hi-c was very watery.
All I wanted was a 10 piece and a Sprite! They charged for the wrong order and could not understand that they had given me a wrong order. And in the end they didnt even get the order right!
