Literally the rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. They are so rude and trashy at this location, even the managers. I can not believe they are even allowed to run a company. McDonald’s should really review their staff and who they hire cause we just there to eat, not to deal with their stank attitude. If I could give it a negative 10 I would, cause it’s not the first time this happened, it happens every single time
Blonde manager fits her hair color. She couldn't recall my order that the other cashier had no problem doing.Johnpaul was the only great employee there. Deserves a raise for dealing with hard situations (:
I live right down the street from them and every time I come they leave out the chicken nuggets to one of three happy meals and or just mix our order up and give us someone else’s my kids love McDonald’s so we come atleast twice a week these people are really going to lose costumers
Ok so this place is a complete joke. I ordered through the app with a discount and when I paid, they over charged me. When I asked for a refund, they asked that I return the food. When you ask for help, all they reply with is “I just work here.” I’d recommend eating out of a dump before this place.
Would not complete my mobile order or cancel order so funds could go back into my card. I hate McDonald’s and am reminded why I stopped going here and will never make the mistake again
Great service. The food was what I expected from McDonald’s. That’s not a bad thing.
Fries are always cold and soggy. DRINKS ARE NEVER RIGHT!!! You ask if it's coke or sprite and they just tell you yes. None of these people that work here have common sense. They can't even get drinks right!
Do NOT buy hot chocolate here. Me and my sister bought 2 medium hot chocolates this morning(there was no long line and not a lot of people in the building) and when we drank out of them there was no hot chocolate at all, just warm milk......I would understand more if it was super busy but there wasn't many people and we waited for a few minutes for the food. The food was good though ?
I ordered through the favor app this morning, and pieces were missing from my order as well as items not made to standard, and the runner told me she was handed a sealed paper bag. It's disappointing.
Rushed us through while taking our order so she missed about 3 things we ordered. Girl who gave us our food just handed us a bag and shut the window without a word. We sat there waiting for the rest of what we ordered, she opened the window and looked at us like we were annoying..we asked if that was it and she shook her head yes. The most silent interaction I've ever experienced.. Left with half our orders and found the nearest friendly Wendy's. At least we got 2 of the 4 fries we ordered and they were hot. Skip this place.
