Asked for extra dressing and got it but each container was about 1/4 full. Even with extra dressing, there wasn't enough to even remotely be considered equivalent to what I would get in store.
SO good! They don’t short on bacon, or other ingredients. Everything was great, and they were super fast.
Food flavor and arrangement was satisfactory. Slow staff. Manager was unaware of customer needs and staff performance. Order processing, and cleanliness; kitchen and dining area could be greatly improved. “Hair nets” are should not be merely encouraged but required. The buss team needs to have the customer’s experience in mind and yield accordingly. Assertion is not the customer responsiveness needed to advance the footfall. The kitchen to table time was punctual.
So good. We always show up with a big group of 10-15 people on Sundays, but even though the restaurant is busy the service is great and fast. Definitely some of the best sandwiches in town. Get the chicken club!
Been here several times and it's a hit and miss. Today, total miss! Lady at counter didn't get my order correct even after explaining my previous experiences. Smh
Great spot for sandwiches, soup, salads and more! Many sandwich options - my favorites are the memphian and the French Dip. Service is quick and efficient.

This was my first time ordering online. Very disappointed. I ordered Jalapeno Crunch with broccoli soup and Sea Salt chip. I received broccoli and chunks of chicken no indication of soup. Didnt have my Sea Salt chips. Jalapeno Crunch was good but wanted all the extras.
Well I don't really like to leave bad reviews, but don't really have a choice, the sandwich itself was good, but the hair that I found in it, was very disappointing. I had found a piece took it out and said things happen, then I found more and it was with the bacon deep in my sandwich. This was my first time trying McAlister's and I know things happen, but if I found that much hair in my sandwich, I can only imagine the others.. The staff was nice, food was good the part I did get to eat, just very disappointing I wanted to Like McAlister's
I love McAlister's. I love their Savannah chopped salad and French dip sandwich. Their manager special is so good. I also love sweet tea. However this is going to run you around $13 or more. That is something to consider. You can go to Jason's deli and get their manager special for two people and keep it under $18. However again, I do love the McAlister's combo. Just depends on whether or not you're willing to pay for it or not. They're sweet tea is wonderful and of course you get free refills while you're there. The Savannah chop cherry shallot dressing is divine on that salad. I also love their clubs their spuds are awesome. I do love their food. But they're a little bit on the higher end. Keep that in mind and then enjoy a great restaurant.
