The food is ok not expensive at all but a couple of things that were bothersome. We were there almost an hour not one table was cleaned during that time many nasty tables with food sitting on them from probably lunch we got there almost 5. Also I asked the cashier about the specials and she hadn't a clue. Really she needs to know the menu. I wouldn't go back honestly
Great atmosphere for sure. Food was excellent..and very reasonably priced! Our waitress was very polite but she did get my enchilada wrong, I'm still giving 5 stars because she's human just like the rest of us.
Awkward. My best friend and I went in for dinner one night (first time being there for both of us) we were totally ignored by all staff. We were stared at (we are cute but come on) but never waited on or approached. We stayed for awhile....just to make sure this was real life....left with not a word and still hungry. Went across the street to On The Border and spent lots of money and had a blast! ?
Ok street tacos but wow their bar attracts some wild and wolly looking dope headed rif raff if I've ever seen any in my life. I really should of filmed some of the freaks I saw there it was real entertainment no doubt. Don't bring anyone there if you want them to think you're classy. I stayed out of the bar, just went for the tacos.
I loved getting the free chips and queso for my birthday the lunch special made eating there affordable. I loved there mild salsa it was very mild I loved there sweet salsa.
Really good tacos and friendly staff. Also there bar is pretty nice, perfect for a night of debauchery
Was very clean. Staff were very friendly. The only way I gave it a four indeed of a 5 star is because you have to buy the buy chips that are given free before meals at other places.
Food was okay at best. Got burnt nachos and way over salted soup. The wall of cigarette smoke you have to walk through to order doesn't help your appetite much.
Had our food delivered & it was disgusting ? the food was cold, the rice & beans was old & dry!! No lie the refried beans was so dry it was literally in a ball.. no one in my family ate their food ☹️ It all was really bad.. I was embarrassed for whoever cooked the food as they must not give a heck about the service they provide.. pls fix this issue ASAP someone can get food poisoning!! Food should always be made fresh.. this was clearly not!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER!!
I love Mamarita's I don't come back to visit very often , used to come here often before I moved away in 1994. So glad it was still in business & the food is still fresh, flavorful & they have the best queso & flavored chips that I got to take extra order back to Oklahoma with me & share with my family. They provide fast & friendly service restaurant is clean & has good free salsa bar to add to order! Always have loved eating here and was not disappointed on my trip back now! If you've never tried Mamarita's on Slide road & 289 you are missing out on very good Mexican food you need to try it once bet you'll come back for more!!! Love this place thank you for providing great food all these years!!
