I went in on my lunch break after calling in an order of sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and cream cheese wontons. $12+ for the order. I finished my errands and went back to work. I got to work and there was no chicken in my box. I got a $12 box of rice. I called the store and the manager said I had to come back in or there is nothing he could do about it. I told them I’m back at work until 5pm and he said Sorry. Nothing I can do unless you come back in. I used to love this place. Fresh food. Great service. I won’t be back, now.
Order L11 Kong Fo Beef lunch special to open my meal to do search to find the beef 3pieces among all this darn vegetables then have to nerve to say be confident in order get your portion correct.
Horrible Customer Service !!!I ordered through Uber Eats as a convenance and ordered Sweet & Sour Pork, they forgot the Sweet & Sour Sauce, call the Restaurant and the girl on the phone said, sorry, but, unless you want to come get it, we are not going to do anything else.They Suck, Don’t care, Don’t bother with them!

We're new to Lubbock and needed to find a good Chinese food restaurant. Oh my gosh!! Excellent food!! No MSG and not over seasoned. Their fried rice is AMAZING!

I ordered chicken lol mein. The noodles were ok but not the best. The chicken was weird. It was chewy and felt like rubber. I almost thought it was tofu. It also had no taste. Next day, I felt sick and had diarrhea (sorry for such details). Will be throwing out those leftovers!
General Tsao chicken is so delicious, I purchased some pork egg rolls. My granddaughter got the dumplings, everything was so good. The bathroom was in great condition, and clean. Plenty of parking space and the place wasn't too busy either. I mixed my sweet tea with lemonade, that was delicious. I do recommend this place at least once. The attendant was cordial, polite, and professional. I do recommend they air soft music just for the ambiance.
