Absolutely amazing food with tons of flavor and huge portions. Our waiter Zane was super polite & courteous. He was also amazing at making sure we have everything we needed or wanted. I already plan on returning gear on every visit to Lubbock. I also already recommended this place too friends and coworkers who will be traveling in the area.
We used to eat there frequently, but after this experience we will never return!The restaurant itself seemed run down. I can forgive that given the pandemic times we've all struggled through. What I cannot forgive is the overall experience.After being seated we asked for a bit more time to look over the menu, having not been for a while I was having a hard time deciding.Our waitress seemed to forget we were there. It took her 20 mins to even take our order. When she finally took our order it took an additional hour and one of us checking with another staff member to get our food out.When our food finally arrived it had clearly been sitting for quite some time as it was all lukewarm-cold. They did not get it right either. My husband should have had cheese which was missing, my bacon should have been well done and was floppy, my eggs were supposed to be soft scrambled I was brought fries eggs and when the scrambled eggs were finally brought they were hard scrambled, none of our toast had butter and there was none on the table, and my kids' pancakes had sat for so long they had become mushy from the strawberries.Our waitress then passed our table 4 times without even asking how everything had come out, or of we needed anything else. A person I assume was a manager came to our table to clear it, but did not enquire about our experience, or how our food was.I was thorough disappointed! Not worth a visit.
The staff is AWESOME, I can not complain about them. The food is bad, it took over an hour to get the food, the steak had an awful taste like it bad (not fresh), eggs were greasy and French toast not warm.The owner needs to pay more attention or close it down.

I have called several times to talk with the owner, but the manager Stephine ( Steven) refuses to give me any kind of information to contact the owner, he stated “he is part owner franchise. “He is the owner of this company”… You would think he would get upset with his staff for over charging his customers!! Please, for the love of God if you come to this location and pay with a credit or debit card, check your bank statement after you leave, so they can no longer rip people off. I wonder how long this is been going on?

This was my second trip. I think it is one of the better breakfast places in Lubbock. They do serve other non breakfast items, but the breakfast menu is all day. I had chicken fried biscuits. They were really awesome. I forgot to take pictures. Anyway, a good place to eat.
The servers are awesome. The restaurant clean. Atmosphere fear comfortable. Just wanted my eggs done. Yolk soft. Sausage hot delivered, not cold. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. I just won’t order eggs anymore. Over all great place to eat.
Enjoyable and Delish!! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the cup my coffee came in was not clean and the sweet potato pancakes didn’t taste at all like sweet potatoes.The Server was a delight.
I had the strawberry ice cream waffle and it was DELIGHTFUL! Nikki is an amazing server.
First time there the waitress was awesome until the food came out?? how are you going to bring me my hamburger steak without gravy,, the gravy finally made appearance well I thought it was gravy it was soup. For my first time I was disappointed. My lunch was chips/salsa and a cup of coffee
