service was awesome..food great didn't take long at all and food was fresh

I'm writing this five stars just because the food we got was just what we expect for Long John silver's and it was received cooked and processed/ pay received by one person yep that little superhero was doing it all by herself the day we were there and she still had a smile on her face so kudos to her!

Sometimes when you go there the food is hot but most of the time it's not. Their customer service skills are lacking and I don't think they really care. The building is about to fall to the ground and I don't think they really care. I remember going to Long John Silver's back in the 70s and it was a wonderful place to eat in you always got your food hot and they cooked it right in front of you but times have changed and now they hide their cooking and that goes right along with the service

They are out of every single condiment, the girl who is working at the cashier is also working at the food station chewing gum around the food while we are in a pandemic!! It took them forever to get a $20 meal, and then they gave it to me wrong. Do they have a manager up here? Why can’t people comprehend simple task. Why is it so hard to work on one thing at once so you get it right. No wonder why people are making 725 an hour! Zeros

Cashier sounded like she didn't want to take my order. Then, when we got to the window we were missing items and she made me pay more to get those items because she doesn't know how to actively listen and use her given tools. Will not be coming back.

The price is in league with other fish eateries without the freshness. We still enjoy it every now and then for nostalgia purposes. This establishment was nice and clean on the inside. Well stocked. People were friendly, although not so professional. An argument broke out while we were there & upon our arrival, what I took to believe was the mgr was right outside the door smoking. 1. Pretty sure that's not in compliance with smoking laws needing to be X amount of feet from any establishment entrance 2. It was the guest entrance, not the back. Now given its frigid cold here today, there wasn't any more "protection" from the elements in the front vs the back. Just my opinion. Anyway, food was delicious & made to order. I believe the hush puppies recipe got revamped. They're bigger and not as crunchy or brown as before. Nothing bad, just different. It was a great lunch!

Sad, just sad. The cashier was polite and professional. The kitchen staff, not so much. Yelling and profanity coming from the kitchen, not good for business. The fish and chicken was so salty it was not edible. The corn and green beans had been sitting in a warmer for so long they tasted burnt. Hush puppies are my favorite. Not from here. Big nasty blobs of batter. Overall, I feel this place should do the area a favor and close their doors. This is one of the. Closest locations to Amarillo and we are sorry we made the trip.

The food was amazing, as usual. However, I was in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. I’m sure it was labor shortage related though. The food never disappoints. I drove all the way from Levelland, and it was so with it!

Waited for my food, said was making the order fresh. Got to my hotel and nothing was fresh as they also forgot my shrimp. Not worth going back or spending money on.

Everything tastes the same. Deep fry batter is crazy thicc. Restaurant isn't very clean.
