Y'all...i dont usually give 5 stars but today was an exception!Great service has been so lacking in the area lately, but let me tell you: NOT THE CASE @ LOGAN'S!!! We sat at a booth in the bar & J was the bartender and our server today. What a godsend and a breath of fresh air. He was so sweet, very attentive, kept the drinks flowing, food was perfection. Kind, fast, attentive and the bluest eyes you could drown in. They celebrated us since we signed our marriage license today. It was the absolute sweetest notion & completely unexpected. ?On to the food: steaks were tender and delicious. Baby loved his mac & cheese & corn. The rolls are TO DIE FOR!!! ? Sweet tea any Texan would be proud of. Absolutely loved our visit & will be back!
One of our favorite Lubbock Restaurants. Server tonight was James F. and his service was excellent. We prefer the 6 0z. sirloin and our grandson prefers the Ribs. The salads were excellent as well ! This resaurant has never disappointed us. The location is well located and has plenty of parking which helps us. Thank you for your excellent food and superb service !
The ribs were very tough to eat, definitely not fall off the bone. I would not recommend this place if you love ribs. They didn't even ask me how my meal was.
I’m not gonna lie, I was very skeptical when I first entered the doors of Logan’s. I am actually, I WAS a lifelong Texas Roadhouse customer, but one day I decided “hey why not give them a shot” and boy was I glad I did. Logan’s roadhouse you have completely blown me out of the water and shown me a completely new meaning to how amazing life can really be. The steak was perfect, the rolls were exquisite, and my god, the service was exceptional. David was my waiter and that young man was absolutely exceptional. I felt like He was everywhere all at once, yet no where at the same time, like a stealthy ninja he would magically appear with a fresh iced tea for me (which was great). He was super nice and friendly and even took time out of his busy workload (he had 4 other tables) to sit there and talk with me about my day! Very good kid and really made the experience that much better! I will be coming back to Logan’s and I recommend this restaurant (and if you go I also recommend having David as your waiter) to anyone!
Order Logan’s to-go. When I got home and things were not as wanted I called site. Instead of offering to make things right they informed me that I messed up by trying to customize my order. I explained that I did it on their app and it asked me to customize my order. They informed me that they can’t see any of that info so I asked why they asked for that info and I asked why did I spend my time filling it out if it was not going to help anyways. The girl I spoke with was rude and never offered to help resolve the issue but instead blamed me for expecting anything other than exactly how they want to serve it. I usually eat at Logan’s in Amarillo and have a rewarding experience but no such luck in Lubbock TX. Last time I will be eating there. I did ask for two rolls with each of my dinners but no such luck there either. I guess spending almost $50 for two dinners doesn’t mean you can have two rolls with each. They are definitely not interested in customer satisfaction. They seem to have a take it like it is attitude. So order at your own peril and by all means check your order before you leave because they have no interest in helping out otherwise.
Great food and service and food was fresh and hot
Our server was great really knew his stuff and plus a super cutie boy..my steak was cooked perfectly generous portions. The rolls fresh outta the oven....dining with 2 of my favorite people. Great experience all the way around
We were seated pretty quickly,, but took 10 minutes for our waitress to get out drink order. It was a slow too.. Of my party of 6, 4 of us got either a burger or sandwich and the buns were hard, our crispy onions were soggy and the chicken tenders were really dry.Wasn't the best experience.
It's completely understandable to be out of certain products and foods. When you don't have Bake Potatoes, Fries, vegetables, croutons and many other items. Please put a sign up front on your door explaining this as a courtesy, so your patrons don't wait the 30-40 minutes to be seated to discover you are all out of the items they came in expecting to eat. Making jokes about being out of all of these items doesn't make it any less inconvenient. Horrible visit, it will be a long time before I decide to return and give them another chance.
Very disappointed again and 12 years later! Food was cold when served and it took forever to get to our table. It was only 4:45 in the afternoon and they weren’t even busy yet.
