This was our second time to eat at La Sirena and we recommended it to some of our friends that were visiting from out of town. Our first experience here was great, but unfortunately the visit this evening was not. I was greeted very rudely by the hostess. I accidentally gave the wrong first name, but correct last name on our reservation that a friend had made. The hostess, who also was the owner of La Sirena, was incredibly rude. We still decided to eat here and our table was a $500-$600 table with mediocre service. Even though we came in an hour before they closed with reservations we were made to feel as if we were intruding. As someone who is in the service industry myself, I was absolutely shocked by the way we were treated here. I truly enjoy the food, but will likely not be back due to the very unkind behavior from the staff.

If there was an option to give 6 stars I would!! Absolutely outstanding meal!! Definitely worth trying!! I recommend the Hibiscus Berry Margarita. The atmosphere and ambiance are exceptional!

Our favorite spot in Lubbock! The squad working is fantastic. The food is epic and the wine/ mezcal lists are incredible. Thank you to the team which puts their hearts and soul into this spot. A must hit if your in the area. If your not in the area make plans to come to Lubbock just to eat here, you will not be disappointed.

I agree with other reviewers. I stay in Lubbock overnight each year traveling from Colorado to Texas. This puts me in search of a nice dinner. Being used to eating out in Austin and finding this good a restaurant in Lubbock was a real surprise. The exterior and small shopping center location belie the quality and dining experience at this great little restaurant! I highly recommend it. An upscale, eclectic twist on Mexican cuisine. Upscale crowd. Prices reflect the premium quality. Service very good. Food came out quickly. Try it.

Another place where the vibe is “gentrification’s take on Latin food”. This place is too upscale to serve glasses of water with ice, you must refill with a lukewarm bottle that sits on the table. Saying the menu is small is an understatement. Blink and you might miss it!

Great food! Amazing drinks. Atmosphere was warm and inviting,

Enjoyed every bit of this hidden gem

We came to celebrate our friend Norma for her birthday. We were delighted as we started with the charcuterie petite cheese board and the salsa trio. It was a great combination to satisfy everyone preferences. The food was AMAZING! So many choices and I ordered the Pan Seared Salmon Veracruz. It was delightful and needed no extra salt or pepper. It was wonderful. Our waiter was an absolute gentleman and very attentive. I recommend this to everyone, you should go for any special occasion. 5 ?Love Shell ♥️

This was our third time here in last three years. second time was barely tolerable with no wow factor aside from a cute court yard. if your willing to sacrifice quality to support a small place this is your joint. bland non exciting food. slow service with a total lackluster. A waisted evening in a town full of better experiences. Clearly from reviews there is a nice crowd for mediocrity. I’ll save this experience for nursing home life . third and final visit. the perfect place for simpletons! y’all enjoy.
