This store is the WORST of all. I don't know if it's a management issue or employee issue. How is it that they never have food in the evenings...it's always the same response...it'll be about 40 minutes for chicken we have none. Maybe I'm wrong but it's a CHICKEN restaurant. Someone should be smart enough to know...maybe I should have chicken to sell chicken in a chicken establishment. I honestly don't feel like "the job" is so hard that no one has the mind to ensure chicken is available. What a waste. Perhaps the owners should focus on quality and not quantity of the people they hire.
Food was fresh and though there were technical problems our service was excellent and the staff was apologetic for the technical problems but used other means to fulfill our order and get it to us in a timely manner. This is unusual in fast food usually these difficulties arise and everyone becomes rude and runs around like a chicken with its head cut off. I am plugged these employees
We ordered through uber eats, and they were great. KFC refused to make arrangements to bring me the rest of my order that they forgot to put in the bag for the delivery driver. I asked for the managers name and she refused to give it to me. She even copped an attitude with me and hung up on me. I guess I'll be going to Church's from now on. I advise you do the same if you don't want to be left hungry.
The lady at the window was great and friendly. She's the main reason I keep going back... Even with being out of items or a line around the store, I'll wait.. she really makes your day that much better.The vegan chick'n had a very strange smell to it and lingers for a long time.
Horrible experience!! I walk inside and they tell me that I have to order through the APP and I can't order at the counter!!! Seriously??!! This is ridiculous and they have lost my business! It makes no sense!
It would be nice to be able to eat inside instead of having to go through trouble and having to drive around
Very rude manager Nate last night and told me you should have brought the food back so made another trip with the food and my children had already ate some and he wanted the bones to do he digged in the order counting the pieces and manager checked told me you already ate and I repeatedly told him I haven't ate yet because driving back and forth and stated he couldn't fixed the order because they were out of chicken. Very last time I ever go there again..... This place is needing new management to where they'll order on time manager Marcus so you're night crew can fix the customer's order and teach them how to respect the customers and accusing customers they already ate.....I was so upset and didn't eat at all but they sure kept my $44.37.... This place is going downhill on making customers happy.
This location always closes early. Not to mention, why do you want to eat at a location with this many 1 ⭐ ratings . There is your sign.I am done spending money on locations that Always close early. They need new management , and need to either update Google's hours of operation , and their hours of operation posted on the door, or here is a crazy idea , how about you just do your job and cook the food and stay open . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. WHEN A RESTAURANT HAS THIS MANY 1 ⭐ REVIEWS , THERE IS YOUR SIGN....TO GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I bought 2 meals both were suppose to have mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got home neither had coleslaw. BE SURE YOU CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I love 15 miles away not feasible to go back just to get these 2 items. I wish places would listen more and pay attention to what was ordered. Time is precious.
I asked for 3 famous bowls and then was told that I could not order that because their fryer was down. I asked what else was available. Only 6 tenders and enough for an 8 piece meal. Also the only sides available were mashed potatoes. I ordered 3 sodas and asked if they could atleast not charge me for the sodas due to their inconvenience. Of course the manager said "that was something he couldn't do". The manager failed to state that they pretty much didn't have any food available at the start of the order. When I asked for a receipt I was told they do not give out those.
