The last few times i came in to get food they only gave dark meat. I dont like dark meat but i dealt with it. The last time the guy that us usually really rude says to me that they only have dark meat all the chicken is frozen. I tried to call to speak to a manager but no one answered the phone.

I ordered a 3 piece meal for $9.50. They gave me 2 legs instead.

Drive thru was a terrible experience. Visiting from out of town. Never go there again. Tall skinny guy was so rude. How can you have people like that working. Especially on drive thru?? If I could rate again I would rate it a zero. Will call health department as well. Saw things that the tall guy was doing. Sad.

Chicken was not fresh it was dry. The serving of mac and cheese looked old and nasty was a half of the container. Biscuit hard as a rock. Over all they serve nothing but garbage.

I came in to buy lunch for my nephews and neices from work. I asked for only dark meat and all that was in the was 3 hug white meat and 4 WIngs. The baby's was Hungry so I called and called and called, nobody picked up. To switch it for what I ordered.. I'm not sure who hired these kids,, but they need to be trained right..And I'll never go there again. Disrespectful people.

this KFC could improve by firing Juan the manager who doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction. He doesn't care he ripped us off by not preparing our online order because it said it was "completed" even though all 3 workers said they didn't make the order. Absolutely hate how the Lubbock KFCs are run, and their managers don't care at all.

Ordered a 13 piece family meal. Only came with 11 pieces and they forgot the biscuits. Had to wait 20 minutes as well. Horrible service and a lack of quality control

Rude!!! Can't even enjoy because that man at drive thru made me feel like I was an inconvenience ..m a business owner as well and this was unacceptable..

If I could give zero stars I would. So, I pull up and place an order for a famous bowl meal on a Thursday a week or so ago, around 1pm. The price on the menu board states that it will be $5.49 before tax. The price quoted to me after tax was well over $6. When I pulled to the window I spoke to the young lady at the window, who was apathetic. I understand, I've been the low man on the totem pole no say and so control over prices and such. I then asked to speak to the manager. I've also been in this position in fast food. If your priced are advertised wrong you give it to people at the advertised price. He was also apathetic and said there was nothing he could do. He then informs me that the prices changed the previous Friday and they have not had the chance to change the menu board. I asked for the number for the franchise owner or corporate. He had me pull forward and a couple of minutes he came out with a copy of the canceled receipt trying to prove that the price was what they said. When I tried to call corporate, the phone went to a voice mail because it wan not answered in 10 minutes. I tried one more time and same thing. I requested that the franchise owner or GM call me back and at this point it has been over a week and I've heard nothing.
