Every time I come to this location I am always greeted by unhappy employees with no manners. This evening was no different I am currently still sitting in a drive through waiting for an order I was told would take 12 minutes it has now been45 and there is no one in line. Initially we were brought out another persons order so we returned it no problem we then waited for another 30 minutes until we drove back through the line so that I could just ask for my money back and go somewhere else. We did receive our order when we came back around mind you all we had were 3 famous bowls and a 12 piece wing. Our order was in no way complicated. I am a general manager in the fast food industry so I understand the demands and needs. I’ve never left a review at any place much less a negative one but this is an always situation with my customer service at this location. I live 2 blocks down this street from this location and I will drive across town the next time I want kfc instead of going here I won’t be returning.
I ordered a 5pc tender combo & 24pc wings. I had to wait for them to cook the wings witch was no problem, but it doesn't make since to give me old fries & biscuit while I'm waiting anyway. Every thing should have been fresh just like my wings.
Lately the last 5 times I’ve ordered a chicken pot pie it isn’t even cooked all the way , I’ve started having to drive to the slide location just to get a cooked pot pie . Very outta my way . I don’t leave reviews but enough is enough ! Yuck ?
I went for the $5.00 chicken strip combo, as advertised online. Was told they no longer offered that special. Order 3 PC strips, which were old, cold, came with a hard biscuit. Worst meal I've ever had at KFC.
The last time I got food here, it wasn't even edible. 3 chicken tenders, fries, and a biscuit.I asked for sauce in the bag, and they gave me busted open packets and 1 napkin. You can imagine how used that napkin was after I stuck my hand in the bag. The chicken tenders were not warm, tasted like rubber, and had the same consistency. The fries were old, super hard, and cold. The biscuit was just a rock. The highlight of my whole ordeal was the Dr Pepper that I got. Other than that, $10 right down the drain. I'm eating at Churchs chicken from now on. KFC tastes like garbage and has for about 2 years now.
One of the main lobby doors is locked that is over the parking lot. That to me is a fire code. Had to wait for food for 20 mins and when food came out, chicken was not cooked and fries where cold only had one other customer in lobby so not busy at all and then when i ask for a refund they acted where i left the food i told them table and then they acted as if they were going to give my food i had touched to someone else. Not going back
This location is ALWAYS out of a main menu item, especially at dinner time. and staff has been consistently rude every time we’ve visited. Ill take my chances at Popeyes next time.
Placed order on line and was easy . Received notice where I placed my order that food was ready.Food was not ready but they put order together fast.We checked order and was missing biscut. They gave us one.The meal was good but not "finger licking good ".I miss the famous taste I gtew up with in the '70's.When did it change ?Taste like cheap oil..
As the doordash driver you'd think they'd handle the food on their end, but apparently they don't know how to make a call to let the customer know that they don't have the food in stock.
Every time I come here I have to leave they are always out of everything 6xs I have came they are out of something and it’s always what you want
