2/15/2022 very disappointed in my meal #15 the breast was tough and my Mac and cheese was cold. Drove back to the drive thru to request the receipt and was told the printer was broken. Now what do I do?
The facility was out of hot wings and pot pies and the only bone in chicken was dark meat. Very time I go to the food establishment it it missing major portions of it's menu.
I can see why the parking lot is empty at lunch time lunchtime pull to the drive-through it's true girl says we are serving everything but chicken is this not Kentucky Fried Chicken
Went a got 3 famous bowls and 6 biscuits. The chicken and the biscuits were so hard we all threw our food away and ordered pizza. We will never go to KFC again.
Place was clean.We were served pretty fast and had great customer service!Best of all food was delicious!
Despite the sign the employees are rude and surly. Would not recommend this location.
Food was just nasty and cold. Fries look like they been there all day. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling this old food. Never again!
I went through the drive thru today Monday 10-11-21 and the food was disgusting. The biscuits were hard, they only had sweet or unsweetened tea and the chicken was the worst part of the meal. It was dry and tasted and smelled like it was cooked in old grease. After ordering a 3 piece, I only ate 1 bite of a biscuit and 1 bite of the chicken and I just threw it away. I don't know why at lunch time the food would be so horrible. The employees either need more training on how to be prepared for the lunch hour or they need new employees who actually care about the customers. If these things are fixed then they might actually have a line of cars willing to wait.
I ordered online and went to pick up my order only to tell me they were closed when I showed up !! Still charged my card and I am YET TO BE REINBURSED for the food I NEVER RECEIVED! and no one answers the phone !
They don't hire grumpy people lol
