Had such an amazing night ! I came on May 15th around 7pm, we had incredible service !! Highly recommend eating here We received free chicken after already having two whole breast !! The manager insisted we didn't have enough served to us ! Our waiter and the manager himself were constantly checking in on us. Loved our time here, thank y'all !!
We so missed having a Joe's Crab Shack in our town. We were pleased to find this one. Shrimp of all types. We tried them all. It was a delight. We were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday. Very fun. Server was friendly, and service was good and didn't take long at all to get our meal.
The staff was very nice. The food was very rubbery and tasted old. The margarita I ordered was watered down. Totally not worth the price.
King crab was great!! Not many places to get it !!
Service was bad and food tasted cold and old. Slow for not being busy. To top it off bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper in the stall. This place used to be great but the last couple times we have been it wasn’t good at all. Won’t be returning.
Omg, the waitress Madison Is amazing !!!! She went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. 2 thumbs up for her !!!!The managers were just as amazing, making sure everything was good. We will definitely be back !!!!!
I was not very pleased with this place. This was my first time having Joe's Crab shack and honestly not impressed. I got myself the crab leg spicy broil. The amount of food to price ratio was very low, and some of the crab legs were hot while some were iced cold. The flavor was kind of bland for my liking. The staff was very friendly.
First time going here. Service was fantastic and genuinely friendly. I liked the various shrimp I tried. I'm not a big seafood person but felt trying something new and i was able to find plenty of options that sounded good. They have non seafood stuff too so it would be fine for people who don't eat it at all. Worth the trip and they have goofy stuff for sale in their gift shop. They let you keep the cup when you order a drink.
Best sea food around. We first experienced Joes in Myrtle Beach. Was awesome there as well. Joes knows how to please and feed a customer
The manager, Joe, was so kind and thoughtful. He checked on us multiple times. Our drinks were never empty. He chit chatted with our group making us feel comfortable. Food was well made too.
