Ordered at 3:01pm on the app. It finally updated saying my food was here at 3:46pm. I went to my door and my food wasn’t even there. I called and they guy said that my address was wrong and didn’t show up on google maps; so he just delivered it to some random Apt without even calling my number. I’m like ummm no it’s correct. I gave them two stars bc they did redo my order and had to wait longer but thee guy didn’t even call to ask where I lived to make sure. Common sense.Update they magically found my apartment lol got my food around 4:15pmAnother update around 6pm the resident at the apartment they delivered too just brought me my order. They were so kind lol. Funny how they were able to find my apartment and not the dude who was supposed to deliver it.
Woah!!! Just got mistreated from the driver and the boss from this restaurant for giving them an address to deliver to and instructions on which specific building!!! Woah!!! Have ordered here everytime for the last months since August and not ever had a problem with deliveries and he assumed I was going to yell and scream at him or cuss him out. Woah! As of today will not be ordering from Jimmy John's at all, not at all from this place or any division in Lubbock. Not one ounce of professionalism from the staff here and just shocked how ugly the staff was about trying to place another order today. Here I was giving kudos and letting fellow students know about this place and how good this company treats me yet no more. No more ordering from Jimmy John's, done and putting my hard working money to other great restaurants.

I’ve never had so much trouble with jimmy johns. I ordered wrong the app my fault but by the time I got my food there was no point I could have gone gotten food from another restaurant or fast food place and been back. The lady I talked to on the phone today was so rude. So so rude. The delivery guy was nice though. Wrong drink. By the time I got me original drink it was watered down. No ice. Worst service.

Ordered my food over an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. It has said it was out for delivery for 45 minutes. And when the sandwich got to me it was soggy and gross.
