Our go-to sub place in SW Lubbock. Speed of service is appropriate and food has always been correct and freshly made. Order ahead and pickup also works well for us. (Also used their free Saturday delivery during college football season a few times too!)

I found one of the workers here to be mean and confrontational. While ordering, a different worker was about to get my order wrong. I wasn’t even going to even say anything, but it had to do with a food allergy, so I asked her to correct the order. Then this other guy shouted at me accusing me of misspeaking when I originally placed the order. Like, who cares, if I say the order is wrong, why pick a fight with me? Makes zero sense. Just cut a new piece of bread and listen to what your customer is saying. He wasn’t even the one putting together my sandwich. Afterward, the worker continued to yell at me again saying I shouldn’t take my mood out on him. Yelling almost at the top of his lungs. I apologized only because I was afraid he was going to physically come at me (he was big guy). Frightening. I’m just trying to order a sandwich and not have an allergic reaction after my lunch. Was this really worth losing a loyal customer and getting a bad review?
I had the best Philly I've found in Lubbock so far.... even compared to Richezzo's which is ALL cheesesteak! My hubs and daughter loved their Italian and the staff was very upbeat and personable!
These are great subs and the workers are always really nice. I just wish they had Dr Pepper.
First time to try the subs and definitely will be back!! Fresh ingredients, love the Italian sub and husband went bonkers over the portobello and beef cheesesteak sub!! The employees were very friendly and store was stocked and spotless!! Thanks so much!!!

No food is good the service agreement and then when he goes to see him in at UMC
Food was okay. The service was little bit weird. The entire time I was there nobody said anything to me or looked at me. I didn’t even know if any of the workers knew what I was saying because there was absolutely no communication, I just kinda figured it out once the food was out
