I am hooked on this place!! I won't go anywhere else!! So far everything on the menu has been delicious. Everything has been served correctly. Service has been amazing! Options, options and more options. You won't be disappointed. Promise!!

Best ice cream place in Lubbock!! Great service even when the line is out to the street! They also give back to local charities which is awesome to know that they are helping out locally! Worth the wait if there is a line!
Great place the shakes, sundae are all good the the Nutella is my favorite and the wife banana. The soda are good as well cranberry cherry
We were in the line long before they closed. Several cars were ahead of us and behind us, when we got up to order which was after 10 (the closing time) the boy came on the speaker and said we are closed. This is the rudest staff I have dealt with, the kids in this location play around constantly and are slow making orders. If they did not want to serve people after a certain time, they should have some one block off the incoming traffic to stop cars from coming in. You have bought yourself free advertisement on several sites.

My wife and I's favorite is the Wedding Cake Concrete. Can't go wrong with any of it, though! Skip the chain ice cream joints and introduce yourself to your new favorite frozen treat shop.
One of my favorite spots in Lubbock!! I am an avid ice cream consumer and J's Creamery does not disappoint! There is a vast amount of options to choose from and the hardest part is only choosing one item! My go to is the turtle sundae! It's the perfect amount of crunch, sweet and salty! It's a wonderful place to spend time with friends whether you eat outside on their benches or inside your car! You don't have to wait very long until you have your hands on your delicious treat!!

Used to be a solid place, went there a few times a month. Unfortunately, haven't been in almost five months due to lack of quality service/product. When they get busy, they do not mix anything totally. Half the ice cream will have "the goods" and the other half is just plain vanilla. And they are usually busy, which isn't the problem- the product mixed well is awesome. But after this happening to me multiple times in a row- I am now a die hard Holly Hop fan.
Definitely a must visit if you have never been and bring the pups!! ??
