I was very excited to learn today that all the coffee brewed here is made with coffee beans from Daybreak Coffee Roasters. We tried the Hodgepodge (chocolate, caramel, cream & ice), Bourbon Street (hot & dark), Latté w/ Lavender, Lubbock High (chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, cream & ice) and a blueberry scone. Coffee was great, scone was good but too cakey for me.
Outdoor tables, they did bring out my drink, but not my sandwich... which I later took to go.. cold.Its a nice place, good atmosphere, great menu...Should however provide outside service for people dining outdoors, outdoor dining is not the same as out door tables...
First of parking is bad. Second parking is bad.That said the coffee is alright. It is everything you think about from an local owned and operated coffee shop.They have a large variety in types of coffee but that is mostly adding syrups to different coffee styles. Which is not a bad thing. The coffee I had was delicious.My main concern was that even on a lazy weekend seating was scarce and the wait was long.I couldn't tell you about the staff because the interaction was so fast and disconnected. But the place was clean and the drink was hot so I will say it was okay.
Nice place with some good choices for breakfast. It was very busy and crowded. There is only one restroom, which should probably be remedied for as busy as the place stays.
I love there coffee. It is a great spot to study. I have a computer and they have plugs. There food is good too.
A wonderful atmosphere but wish there was a little more effort on speed and efficiency making orders. If you need your drink made in less than 10 minutes on a quiet morning with no line, this is not the stop.
Peaceful place to study, and a very tame atmosphere. Everyone is very polite and people greet you with a smile. Recommend to everyone who likes a city style cafe in a peaceful neighborhood.
It's a very busy coffee shop, but the quality is not there. Really pretty much 1st wave coffee. Quick bites are slim pickings and all the pastry is wrapped in plastic.
An amazing place to sit down and study with a warm or cold drink of your choice. Everyday they have different flavoured coffee though I didn't like it that much. I recommend their latte with chocolate, vanilla or hazelnut flavor, it's really really good.They have couch as well for comfort. A very good environment for study and work. Plug-in outlets are at every corners for your laptop or phone charging.
The coffee is outstanding, the staff is always on point and friendly. Great joint to hang out, read, or get some office work done away from the mundane office setting. ;)
