Very disappointed. I came to town for graduation and this location was a disappointment. They were very late delivering my order and when I called to inquire about my order the customer service could not get a hold of the store to find out any information after 12 calls. Once it finally arrived, no apology was offered. They also failed to label the gluten free cookies so I couldn't even eat anything I ordered even though I paid extra for them to package the cookies separately. Only a small partial refund was offered. Unacceptable. I have canceled my cookie magic account and will no longer be using them.
I loved it so much. Cookies were amazing and the sexy lady with brown hair and glasses was phenomenal! so sweet and so hot!
One time they turned me away saying they didn't have any cookies to sell due to a large order.. not cool

I've read that this place got its name because it is famous for delivering cookies to students in their dorms late in the night. Although we visited midday, the cookies were warm and delicious. They are pricey but they certainly satisfy a sweet-tooth. Staff at this location was helpful - we couldn't decide which flavors to choose - and friendly. Nice treat.
This place is outrageously priced. We ordered a birthday cookie. It was only 10 inches and cost $25! They were suppose to decorate it and it ended up being just a plain cookie in a box.
My order yesterday was not right. The cookies were very hard and burnt to a crisp. I was told by the manager Tony that my order would be taken care and redelivered today at 1:30pm. When I called and spoke to SAM (which needs better customer service) he attempted to tell me that the driver that is on duty will not get paid for their mistake that I already paid for yesterday. Sam needs to learn how to make his customers happy. Because without his customers he would have no JOB! Completely not happy about the service that has been provided! Looks like I will take my business to Tiff's Treats where they know how to treat customers!
Man and the best cookies the best atmosphere it's fun and it's just an open later than anything besides Whataburger in the cookies are the bomb
Good tasting cookies but to me they are to expensive. I do like the different types of cookies.
I had the salted caramel cookie ice cream sandwich deluxe with vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect ending to our date night. Also the smell when walking in is heavenly.
