Had to wait to get seated because the rest of our party was walking in the door and not standing there. The host was not one with the most, well maybe in attitude. Don't seat incomplete parties although I watched three parties get sat incomplete. Two tables that were sat after us were finishing up their meals when we finally got ours. Would be a one star but the waitress was quite polite and nice.
We had a bit of a wait but the food was worth it. It came out hot and our waitress was super sweet! Thank you to whoever paid for our meal, I was there with a Vietnam Veteran and he was wearing his hat and the waitress let us know the table behind us paid for our ticket! Little did they know that Vietnam Veteran was taking me to Amarillo for a biopsy, because I have stage 3 cervical cancer that was in remission but came back. They were a blessing!!
Food at this location is always hot and fresh! The wait staff is professional and quick!
I ordered the big farm breakfast and all the meat was cold like they just put it on the grill turned it then put it on the plate and my coffee was cold not a good experience
The bun was toasted, nice and warm. Service was slow, but given the fact that nobody wants a job these days, it was about what I expected. Burger was dry. Some of the bacon actually got on the burger. My wife's order came back wrong. The bun was toasted, nice and warm. Not many fries.
Sorry, I prefer Denny's. The food is just not as good at IHOP. My hash browns were a little burnt and dry. I even find the pancakes better at Denny's. The service was great and my dad likes it because it is close. So, not bad just not my first choice.
I wish I remembered our waitresses name, she was incredibly sweet, if you served a woman with brown hair wearing a star dress and my nicely dressed husband. On Feb 24th at around 10. You were so sweet to us. Food was incredible and wonderful price. 10/10 will go back
Told us we to wait 5 minutes and then she will seat us. There were only 2 tables open when we got there. This old lady that works late shift on a Sunday night (2-27-2022)is the hostess, waitress and bus girl all in one. After 30 minutes, still not seated. She even got the to go order of a customer that walked in after us which infuriated me. I don’t like someone bussing tables and touching dirty plates and then serving me my food. That’s gross! And then she handles money on top of that being the cashier also. And she has this mannerism where she licks her lips and touch her face when handling the cashier. Disgusting. Got my wife and 2 kids and immediately left. Will not come back!
I showed up after my party had already sat and ordered, they also ordered my meal which was on the table when I arrived. Food was good. From what I could tell, those are my party enjoyed their meals as well. However the restaurant was lopsided in seating which led me to believe the manager had probably made steep labor cuts through servers which left our server slammed, trying to handle the entire west side of the restaurant. Clearly in the middle of shift change, as our server spent most of our time rolling silverware. That someone who spent time in restaurants, I get it. But that doesn't make it any more pleasant when you're the one receiving poor service because you're several wants to go home. No worries IHOP - We will return!
I don't know whats happened to this location but, wow it's gone downhill since the last time I've been there. The server was nice enough but the second our check was given out we didn't see her ever again despite staying a decent while longer and all having empty drinks. The whole place is pretty dirty looking and the bathrooms smelled absolutely terrible. The food was ok. Some of our sausage was cold though and our hash browns were too hard to really eat well. It just isn't worth the price anymore.
