I can honestly say, not just because I work there or because I'm one the cooks, but because the pancakes are off the chain, I love them myself. but do come by and try my food, lmk how good it's tastes, I do be serving and cooking as well, so if you want to come on by and ask for me and I'll serve you and all. tell your friends and family come on by. thanks angel Aguero
People are extremely rude. I ordered a hash brown to go and I come home and start eating while watching a movie and I start eating and I ate something weird and I when I realized it was bacon and I threw up. I have never even touched it before because of my religion and this people just gave me eat bacon with my hash brown.
The food was good. Except I asked for no onions and it had big chunks of onions in my omelet. The waitress acted like we were an inconvenience and left our food sitting there for like 20 mins. And I never got a refill on water. A table that came in 20-30 mins after we did got their food before we did. Not a good experience the waitress did ask if husband wanted a dr pepper To go bit never asked if I wanted more water.
The food was late and cold! I ordered a side of fruits and they tasted stale?. I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog. They slammed the american cheese on the eggs just like that. THE EGGS ALSO CONTAINED HAIR. This place is very disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I’ve been to this IHop many times and service is usually pretty good and the food comes out good and in a timely manner , but this time they messed up both my friends and I’s orders, the waitress took forever to ask for our orders when there was only 1 other group there. I ordered Tres Leches pancakes and they put HOT SAUCE instead of the usual tres leches glaze. I mean seriously ? hot sauce ??? When i brought this to the attention of one of the waitress’s she immediately said “i know, i’m sorry” if she knew she should have came up to me before i took a bite of that disgusting pancake, not after, acting as if she didn’t expect me to notice ??? my friend ordered chicken and waffles and they brought them pancakes instead so when asked to exchange they said sure and 15 minutes later it still hadn’t come out so we asked again, then the waitress asked the cook and we heard him yell across the kitchen asking where the waffle mix was. Oh and to add on to all this, the place smelt like chemicals and the strong smell of a dirty bathroom. Overall a terrible experience.
The cleaning supplies where left on a table right beside us the entire time where there the restaurant was filthy and not busy at all but the people there acted like they where at top capacity. The soap despiser in the mens bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall it was seating on sink. Our waiter had to come ask us what we ordered and asked three other people the same question. Than when they finally got our food out 1 hr later they forgot two complete entrées. And the ones we got where missing pancakes. all the food was cold. Our table had syrup with hair attached to it I had to clean the table my self. Our waiter did not refill our drinks and the soft drinks where not working so we wound up getting water and still had to pay for the drinks at the end. If I could of gave 0 stars or neg that’s what it would have been. I will never go back to this ihop again as a matter fact this restaurant needs to be closed down for violations. When it was time to pay to leave had to get a different waiter to check us out because our waiter was to busy trying to fix other people orders. Word of advice to people who are going to eat here do your self a favor and go somewhere else
Well Lubbock only has a few places to sit down and eat after midnight and so here you have one of the oldest 24hr restaurants. When you walk in, it looks like it too. Cracked Vynal seats, old floors, flash back to the decor of the late 70s early 80s. I really can't say the food was good, it wasn't bad.BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO COOK!
Went to have breakfast with my son Saturday morning. Many tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. It was freezing inside. When I asked why it was so cold, they said it was always cold. Most of the staff were wearing jackets and sweaters because it was so cold.
Smallest ihop I've ever been too. But it's nice and quiet Everytime I go in. The staff has always. Even very attentive and on point with service. Food came out quick and fresh.
Let's start with the good.- Facility was clean and you could see bussers sanitizing the tables between each guest.- The food was delicious and portion sizes were quite large.- Front end staff responsible for seating guests are kind and efficient.As for the bad.- Service was pitiful. Servers were not attentive to our needs; didn't even give us silverware to eat our food with until 15 minutes after the food had already been brought to our table.- Servers are rude. They do not follow instructions, ask how to help, etc. They walked away while I was in the middle of trying to ask for silverware and syrup.
