Stopped in for a late lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed the desserts as well as the sandwiches. So many flavors to choose from! One of the best retro, classic places to get ice cream I have visited. Stop in if you are visiting Lubbock!

Classic soda shop. Lots of flavor choices (I had lavender honey) but also standards like mint chocolate chip. Tables & booths circa 1950. Very quaint.
This place is amazing. An old-fashioned ice-cream parlor that has a great selection.I had a cinnamon malt and it tasted just like a snickerdoodle.This place will be my new go to for ice-cream in Lubbock.
What an amazingly cute place. Brings you back to the old days.Husband had a malt old fashion style. Plus two of us went all in for an old fashioned ice cream hot fudge sundae. Delicious and perfect size.Only thing I would add is seems like they need two people working the counter not just one ,order took a little bit of time because she was working the cash register filling drinks and making Sundays for everyone a very hard worker!! She had a smile on her face.The place was very clean on top of only having one employee on at the time. It was crowded as we went during lunch hour. We will be back to have more 50ty style cafe ice cream. Loved our visit.
We have always come for the awesome ice cream and malts but today we stopped by wanting a light lunch. The Holly Hop BLT and the Club Sandwich were both amazing.Love having a wonderful local sandwich/ice cream shop right around the corner.
Holly Hop is a great blast from the past! They have over 40 homemade ice cream. I had the mint chocolate chip, and it was a hit!
Best place for ice cream and milkshake in the city! The classic 50s ambiance is so charming.
This is one of my all time favorite places in Lubbock! Super cute atmosphere and the food is delicious! Not to mention the staff is always super friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Such a lovely place. The ice cream is absolutely delicious. I love the different flavors. You can also get specialty soda! The decor is 50's! Go visit and get some creamy ice cream.
