Delicious food! Barbecue so tender and flavorful. Tried the brisket, ribs, and sausage. Mac & cheese and beans were a hit too! All great! Friendly and personable staff too. Definitely will be back!

Amazing food! The brisket was flavorful and moist and the pork ribs were so tender. Don't skip on the green beans they are heavenly. The two gentlemen working the front desk were very polite and welcoming!
This was some of the most delicious BBQ that I have had! The burnt ends and pork belly were my favorites but all of the meats I tried were amazing. The service was great too, very friendly and helpful. You have a new fan, I'll be back the next time I'm in Lubbock!
The food was good but everything is weighed. Our total was $97 for 2 people. We got 3 slices of brisket, 1 big rib, 3 sides, 1 slice of cake, a bottled water and a latte. We paid and ate. As we were eating we witnessed 2 different couples order and then leave when they got their total. This place is very pricey and not to impressive in my opinion. We will not be returning, this was a one time dine for the price.

I used to absolutely love Hill BBQ!! I personally feel like the quality has gone down over the last few months, I'm wondering if they changed pit master or are training a new one? It used to be so delicious and tender, juicy all of the above! I keep giving it a try to see if I get that good moist brisket/ribs but the last few times have just been a disappointment, the brisket and ribs have been dry and chewy. I don't know if I will try them again ? hopefully they will get their food quality back up to what it was when they 1st opened.
Just drove in from Albuquerque NM to stop here since it came highly recommended. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Everything was perfect. Not one complaint. We got some bbq and a coffee. Amazing. Simply amazing. Also the two gentlemen working tonight were so helpful and really waited on us hand and foot. Safe to say we will be coming back ?
We made our first trip to Hill BBQ and were not disappointed with any of the meats--sausage, brisket, and pork ribs. The one side, cheesy pappas, also excellent. Unfortunately, the prices are exorbitant. Brisket that cost $6-10 per pound more than Austin BBQ restaurants is hard to swallow. I am confident this could be a top BBQ joint if only the prices were reasonable.
Great brisket, sausage, fall off the bone ribs, quite atmosphere so you can hear you conversion, only regret not enjoying the backyard dining BUT will the next time for sure
