The service was great. The lady was friendly and helpful. I got 1/4 bucket burger, just a burger. The one patty burger was about the size of Burger Kings and cost $10.50. That's without tax. You don't get a drink or fries and the burger originally didn't even come with sauce. The burger itself was good but not $11 good. Just go to whataburger or sonic.
Probably the best hamburger I have ever experienced!! And the fries were incredible! Please move to southern California so I can visit you all the time!
First time trying Heff's, and we had high hopes, only to be disappointed. We'll stick with Blue Sky. I ordered my food with allergy alert (gluten and nightshades), and found out when I got home it was missing from a fairly large order. I called and the manager said they "specifically did not put that in there", but then was hesitant to refund my money for it? Food portions for onion rings and fries are small.
I don’t have any complaints about the food. Meat is delicious, jalapeño bun is awesome, and their fries are good. This place is a little pricey for a burger joint considering fries and drinks are extra. I would definitely like to see Heff’s get a specials menu where fries and drinks are included.

Good burgers, nice selection of sides. We've eaten here several times (~10) with no complaints. My wife has celiac disease, and she's never had a problem with their gluten free options. This is her favorite burger joint. Reasonable prices.
Sorry to hear about Jason, I hope to see more of these around the globe! I only give this 4 stars because it's not a perfect burger but it's an incredible product and experience. For 2-4 bucks more than Burger King or a sub-par fast food meal this is fresh never frozen, cheerful attentive staff, and impeccably kept common areas.
Burgers were delicious! The hamburger meat was fresh and not made from frozen patties. Which is always a plus! Fries are legit! Friendly customer service and got to meet the owner too. He came to check up on my little family and see how we were doing. Will be coming back again soon!
I savored every bite of my jalapeno burger. The staff were super friendly and they keep it clean. I had some of my friend's onion rings and they were just right (I got the 1/4 burger and a water and it was under $10)
My husband and I ate here for the first time. Our burgers were great, juicy. The bread was fresh. The grilled mushrooms and grilled onions were perfect. Our only complaint is the French fries were very salty.
