Both locations employees provide stellar customer service. I have experienced this service first hand, and I know it is because these skills are consistently taught through employee training. My daughter has worked at both locations, and she loves her job. From owners to managers to new employees, the work atmosphere is as positive and uplifting as the service customers receive. Owners are willing to work shifts when needed which demonstrates genuine care for staff. This is where it’s at; taking care of staff so they can take care of customers! I’m so grateful my daughter is getting this positive work experience. “Service to the community starts with service to each other.”
I love Happys.My favorites are the wedding cake snowcone stuffed with ice cream and topped with cream, Tigers Blood Fiesta style, and the Pina Colada Smoothie with Passion Fruit Bubbles. My family has liked everything we've ordered so far.

Go to spot for Lemonades! Visit once a week. My daughters enjoy the variety of flavors of bubbles and jellies. LOVE THE STAFF! No matter what day of the week we go, no matter what staff is present, WE ALWAYS RECEIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Absolutely one of the most unique and awesome places in Lubbock. Employees are beyond friendly and hard working and you can just tell they arrive for excellence and really care. I go at least three times a week after work. They may be busy but make no mistake about it they'll get you in and out, they've got it down!
