This place is a hidden gem in West Texas! The place is on the smaller size, so if it's the weekend you will probably have to do the "waiting list". They have regular noodles, dry and fried as well. You can seat by the food bar, and basically get a view of how the do the plates. The steamed dumplings are a must try! Plates range from around $12 - $15. The food is fresh, tasty and big size portions. They also have to-go options, which some people prefer due to the waiting times. You have to try this is you are in Lubbock!

Great tasting food. I had the tonkotsu ramen with shrimp. Very flavorful and it come with a whole egg, not just a half. Had some pork dumplings which were also excellent. Staff was kind and prompt. I have been to many ramen shops in Los Angeles and Las Vegas and Fun Noodle bar surpasses or is on par with many. Definitely check it out.

First time here and I was disappointed. This place is a definite mom and pop and reminded me of my time in southeast asia where places like this are the best places to find a meal. I was hoping for more from a restaurant that makes their own noodles in house which are the best thing about this place. The boa was small and about the size of soup dumplings but they were bland or to sweet. The wide noodles with cumin and chicken was cold when it was served to me and also was to sweet. I had to add salt, pepper, chili oil and soy sauce to cut the sweetness and even then it was sweet. The cucumber were wilted and probably the closest item I had to the original flavor but not a high bar to clear as it is just vinegar, cucumber and chili oil.The boba was watered-down and the only thing I expected to be sweet but in fact was not. You couldn't taste the tea or the milk.It may not be for me but it seems to be popular so it suites for some people but I will pass it asked to come back.

When I visited Fun Noodle Bar for the first time, they were poppin'. Packed full, very busy. I expected to wait 30 minutes or so... imagine my surprise when I got my order in after about 5 minutes, and it was ready maybe 10 minutes after that. The portions are very generous, and my food was absolutely delicious. While you wait, you can watch them making the noodles from scratch.I'll definitely be returning, and advise you make the trip as well!

Pretty neat little place! Visited here for the first time today. The food was not great, but the staff were very friendly and sweet. The noodles (I carried out) were stuck together in a big clump by the time I got my food home. The chicken was raw in another dish. I feel like our experience would have been more positive, had we dined in. I probably won't go back, but I really hope this place survives.

As a business traveler I get really tired of food chains. I saw this restaurant and reviews and it did not disappoint. The beef soup with hand pulled noodles had so much flavor. The beef steamed buns were so light and tasty. This will be my go to when I'm in Lubbock Texas. Thank you

BEST ramen in town hands down!! I've been everywhere in Lubbock, and as far as traditional hand made (in front of you I might add) noodles in a variety of flavor options this place is the BEST! Inside isn't very big but you can usually get a seat quick. Eating inside is a fun experience. I love bringing my kids here and they LOVE the food! Our favorites are the Tonkatsu Ramen and Steamed Dumplings. Even if you do take-out it doesn't take long and the portions are large. We had it for maybe the 50th time tonight and it was so good I had to write this review! The photo I added below is just one take-out ramen bowl to go with dumplings. SO Delicious!!

This is one of my favorite places in town. It's worth the trip just for an afternoon snack of Sweet Sesame Balls and a Boba Milk Tea! Great service, delicious dumplings, and tasty noodles, all made fresh every time.

This is a very nice little place. It's a little on the expensive side but was well worth it. If you like asian soups you should try it. Just keep in mind that for 4 people the bill was around 70 bucks.

Very fresh ingredients. Friendly staff , fast service and very clean atmosphere. Can’t wait to try other foods. Had beef & shrimp noodle soup in very spicy broth!
