Two of the three burgers were made incorrectly. We have been to many 5 guys restaraunts and usually the fries are plentiful. This was not the case at this location.Normally we don't have problems with these restaraunts but this one is below average. Looking at the reviews it looks to be a common occurance here. Very Unfortuante.
This food is way too expensive to be getting messed up. I can honestly say I’ve never eaten at such a disgusting Five Guys before until now. The manager and staff need to do better.
They did have great food. Not only was my food delivered to the wrong address, but when I did get my burger, it looked as if someone had stuck their entire thumb in it. Waste of money.... It's not the same as it was when we moved here last year. It depends on who's working at the time. Not everyone handles food carefully nor cares about how it's presented.
I honestly feel like you get a pretty consistent experience across most Five Guys locations. This place seemed to meet the mark. Employees were friendly and helpful. The ordering process was smooth and without error (6 burgers). The food came out in a reasonable amount of time.Burgers were juicy and delicious. We were given the usual heaping pile of fries to enjoy. Nice and crispy hot.Definitely will return to this location.
Worst burger. Little cb, reg fries and reg drink, $17. Asked for pickle lettuce tomato onion and mustard. Hint, mustard is a condemint, not an ingredient. Had to wipe the top bun off with a napkin to taste anything besides mustard. Tomatoes seemed to have been frozen then thawed, mushy and disgusting. Will not go back.
Five Guys burgers are delicious! The restaurant is always clean, the staff are courteous and friendly, and they cater to dieters with specific request.

I went into the restaurant to pick up an order. There was a problem with my order. I called back & with no problem reached Xavier, the general manager. He was so kind & listened without interrupting. I was so impressed with him & his quick means to resolve the problem. We all know that no one can come close to the flavor & quality of the fries & burgers!!! Now I know no one comes close to the customer service!!!Thank you Xavier for respect & response!!
To be honest, I do not like this location... I am always disappointed when my wife wants to get it. I prefer ANY other location. You get wayyy less fries, I've been treated rude (by a manager I don't believe works here anymore.) The burgers are not even close to as good. Not trying to be ridiculous, but it's the truth... I understand it's a fairly new store but I DO NOT recommend this location. Y'all need to figure it out!
